Problem report / further detail
I signed up for a bundled tv and Internet package for $***. I get my first bill and it is much higher. Unverse adjusted the bill and the next month it is higher again. DThey adjust it again and the next month it is about right. This month's bill is higher again. I have called several times and they still can't fix it. This last time they told me that the bundled package is not what was originally set up, even though it is the package I have. The reps have told me each time I call a supervisor will call me back and they never do.
