I purchased a DLC map for Call of Duty: Ghosts on my PS3, but it only downloaded on my PS4. This means I can't access the map on PS3. Additionally, there seems to be a bug preventing me from playing online as the game freezes when I try to join a lobby. I heard this issue was resolved for many players last year, but it seems to persist for me. It looks like there may need to be another bug fix release for Ghosts to address this issue.

Hello, my name is Steven. My account "ChevyNinja" has been banned from using the Black Ops 3 PlayStation 3 servers for no reason. This happened right after I downloaded the DLC map pack that I paid $14.99 for. I hope you can help resolve this issue or at least find out why I was banned. I would be very grateful for any assistance. If this cannot be fixed, then I am considering leaving Black Ops 3. I have put in a lot of effort, reaching Prestige Master and earning The Dark Matter camo by getting gold on every weapon, which took a long time. I was proud of my achievements, being prestige 8 level 31 in zombies. Activision taking it all away without any explanation upsets me. I have been unable to reach their customer service, adding to my frustration. It feels like they have wasted my time, which is irreplaceable. I hope you can assist me. Thank you and have a nice day.

I have noticed a significant decrease in my in-game credits on Call of Duty WW2 between logins. Initially, it was around [redacted] credits, but lately, I've been losing [redacted] credits at a time. When attempting to address this on support.activision.com, I encountered difficulty logging in due to a 2-step verification problem I have no recollection of setting up. This makes me concerned that my account may have been compromised, and someone is exploiting my credits. Despite the site's claim to send a verification code to my phone, I have not received any messages. I suspect the individual responsible may have altered my contact information to prevent me from stopping this unauthorized activity. I kindly request a review of my account to verify the listed phone number and contact me via phone or email at [redacted], which also serves as my in-game character name.

I am writing to express my frustration at being permanently banned from Activision without any clear reason. Early in the morning at around 3:15 am, I decided to play a couple of games of Ghost. When prompted for an update, I followed the procedure, only to be surprised with an error message stating I was permanently banned. I checked the website and saw something about modifications or violations being the cause, leading to an unchangeable ban. I am not tech-savvy and certainly not someone who cheats. Gaming has been a therapeutic outlet for me, allowing me to unwind by immersing myself in the in-game banter. The only explanation I can think of is a potential hacking incident. I am eager to receive a response to shed light on this situation.

I received a temporary ban from the emblem creator in December [redacted], just a month after the game was released. The ban doesn't specify its duration, and it has now been almost half a year without being able to create an emblem. I admit to being careless by creating a German WW2 emblem which included a Swastika flag, not intending to be offensive given the game's WW2 theme. I now fully understand the zero tolerance policy on offensive emblems and would like to be unbanned promptly so I can enjoy creating emblems again without causing any offense. Although the ban is temporary, no timeframe was provided. My PlayStation 4 username is theskatedemons54. I sincerely apologize for breaching the policy and assure you that I will never create offensive emblems again. I appreciate your time and hope for a swift resolution to this matter. Thank you.

I have purchased several games from your company, including "Advanced Warfare," but have been disappointed with the experience. Despite paying for the game and additional map packs, I have encountered issues preventing me from using them. I would appreciate a credit to my account for the inconvenience. Alternatively, I would be grateful if you could provide a replacement, specifically the digital copy of "Black Ops 4" with the DLC maps. I have always been a fan of Activision since childhood, but it's disheartening to lose money on games I cannot enjoy due to technical difficulties. It would be best to remove the "Advanced Warfare" maps from my account as they are unusable to me.

Hello, I am writing to address an issue I encountered regarding my pre-order of black ops 4 for Xbox One on microsoft.com a few weeks ago. I unwittingly deleted the receipt containing the beta code required to play. Despite contacting microsoft support, they were unable to resend the email with the receipt. The microsoft agent I spoke to was unable to assist further. I am reaching out here in the hopes of finding a solution. I purchased the digital deluxe edition and am eager to participate in the upcoming beta weekend. The agent provided me with this number, "[redacted]". My Xbox gamertag is "Cold Lyrics". Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I haven't received my code for the Black Ops 4 beta via email yet. I believe the issue arose when I attempted to redeem my store code on the website. I selected my console (Xbox One) for the beta, entered the code, but encountered an error message. Upon retrying, it indicated the code had been used. Returning to the site, it mentioned a code had been redeemed for my Xbox account. I mistakenly skipped signing into Activision before entering the code on the website. The instructions mention to log into Activision, then choose the platform and enter the code, so I suspect the email with the code was not sent to me. Can anyone provide assistance? Thank you.

Activision is causing frustration by sending beta codes to the wrong country. Many gamers, including myself, are experiencing issues with the company. Activision's failure to deliver as promised is disappointing. I believe they should provide compensation for the inconvenience, either by offering the game for free or at a significant discount from the $[redacted] I paid. The lack of accountability on their part is disheartening, and I hope they address these issues promptly.

I am experiencing an issue with Advanced Warfare on Xbox [redacted]. Occasionally, when I join a multiplayer team deathmatch that is already ongoing, I encounter hackers. Despite always leaving these games, in a recent incident, I joined a hacked match and exited promptly. Strangely, I found that I had received extra elite weapons and advanced supply drops. Furthermore, the hacker had changed my status from prestige 14 level 50 to "Master Prestige," with a pixelated grey square emblem for my level. Despite attempts to reset my console, my level remained altered. I've observed other players with similar grey emblems post the same hacked match. After a recent freeze in a lobby, my classes were inexplicably locked, and my level degraded to prestige 0 level 23. This may be due to hacking. I am distressed by these disruptions and hope to restore my account, ideally to prestige 14 level 50. Thank you.

I encountered multiple issues recently. Yesterday, I completed 80 matches to receive weapon bribes and uniform bribes, but when I tried to open them, I received an error message prompting me to try again later. This morning, the items had disappeared. Additionally, despite having completed more than three weapon selections or bribes like the Liberator and Shogun Liberty Strike, which were obtained from drop boxes after tournaments, I have been unable to access them. Since reaching Prestige 7, when I receive my two extra drop boxes and the new Commando selection, I often encounter issues selecting two to three weapons in gameplay. I have attempted to change divisions multiple times to resolve this issue, but to no avail.

The code for Destiny 2 Forsaken is not working for me. My son and I have been playing Destiny 2 together since its release last year. We have acquired all the expansions, including the Year 2 first DLC, Forsaken. We gameshare on two separate Xbox accounts, and all our games, including the DLCs, have worked fine so far. However, when it comes to Forsaken, I encountered an issue. Despite downloading it onto my Xbox, the DLC would not load and simply redirected me back to the main game. I sought guidance from the salesperson and your support team regarding downloading Forsaken on a different Xbox than the one the original game was downloaded on.

Hello everyone! I have always been a big fan of your games, especially Call of Duty - they were a big part of my childhood. I created an account a while back, but I am not entirely certain about it. My gamertag is Wearycub[redacted]. I am not sure if there was a mistake during the linking process, but when I checked my profile, it seems to be connected to a different gamertag with all zeros. I pre-ordered Black Ops and received the beta code, but I might have mistakenly used it on the wrong account. Will the beta code be sent to my Xbox email or will it automatically be linked to my console like it did for WW2? I fear I won't be able to play the beta if it's on the wrong account. I can provide a receipt from GameStop as proof of purchase. I really want to try out the beta and experience the new features - it seems exciting! The incorrect account it linked to is UCD_[redacted]VrHveJRFtfo. Now my account seems to be unlinked from everything. My correct gamertag is MADMANISCRAZY, and you can reach me at [redacted]

I bought the "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" season pass, but I did not receive it. After getting a refund the first time and being advised by a tech to try purchasing it again, I attempted a repurchase with no success. A staff member mentioned that they couldn't refund me twice for the same issue, which left me frustrated. I'm disappointed that after buying a product, I didn't receive what was promised and couldn't get a refund. It feels like my money was taken, and I am eager to have it returned. I've contacted the call center, but I keep getting a message saying to check the number I dialed. This situation has left me really upset, and if it's not resolved, I may have to consider taking legal action.

I have been an avid online player of the Call of Duty series since Black Ops 1. It's the only game I play and the main reason I have a Playstation account. When the Black Ops 4 Beta was released, nobody expected Activision/Treyarch to change the game so drastically within the first 24 hours of its release. The game modes my gaming family and I enjoy have always been for 6 players. If we knew the game would be altered this way, we wouldn't have spent money on it or the season pass. I am requesting a full refund for the game, season pass, and the hat I purchased. In just one day, you turned a game we loved into something that has caused division among us and made players dislike it. I've been approached by numerous C.O.D. players who have decided against buying it after hearing what happened. My gamer tag is "smallblkchevy," and in the previous season of Ww2, I was among the top [redacted] players globally. I even reached Prestige level [redacted], showcasing my dedication to the game until now. I urge for a refund and for Activision to rectify this situation promptly. An apology and corrective action are owed to your fans. I strongly believe the game was misrepresented and could potentially lead to legal action against Activision.

Hello, I am Brandon. I have a recurring issue with Call of Duty World War II, specifically the Special bribe order Contract. The task is to complete [redacted] multiplayer matches in hardcore team deathmatch. I have tried three times, following the requirements, but encountered the same problem each time. When I reach [redacted] matches, it stops progressing, eventually expiring, causing me to lose the order. This frustration has occurred before, where it stopped at 30 matches. I have dedicated significant time to fulfill these Contracts but faced obstacles that prevent completion. Though I enjoy playing Call of Duty WW2 and have invested in the game, this recurring issue is disheartening. I seek assistance to address this recurring problem. Thank you for your attention.

Hello, I was playing a game with a friend when I suddenly received a ban at the end, but I'm unsure of the reason behind it. We were playing Team Deathmatch on a beach map, and I would like to appeal the ban as I was not given a specific reason for it. The message simply stated that I had been banned from Call of Duty Black Ops 4 servers without any explanation. It seems odd to me that I am being asked to sign in with another account. My username is Reco, and my email is [redacted] I tried to contact the support center but couldn't connect, possibly due to being in Australia. I read about cases where players were banned for receiving numerous reports, which can be challenging for skilled players or due to toxic behavior. I would appreciate an explanation for my ban. Regards, Reco.

I reached out earlier, but the number provided was not working. Despite sending multiple emails, I have yet to receive a response. My issue is with my second prestige level 55, where the game is not allowing me to progress beyond rank one in the lobby. Although the lobby shows me as level one, once in the game, I still display as level 54 or 55. I attempted to enter prestige, which worked initially when I used my token, but upon entering a game, I remain stuck at level 54. Now, even attempting to enter prestige is unsuccessful. I hope to hear back promptly as this game cost me $70. It's frustrating when there is no response via phone or email.

I have attempted to contact Activision regarding an issue with my game, but their online chat system is extremely inefficient. I am required to wait through a long queue of more than 50 people just to speak with a customer service representative, only to be directed back to the online chat when I call them. Microsoft has also advised me to contact Activision for assistance. Every time I try to play the campaign, I encounter an error message stating that I have a corrupted file. Despite numerous attempts to fix the issue by uninstalling and reinstalling the game and conducting various troubleshooting steps, the problem persists. I am frustrated with this situation and demand either a replacement game or a full refund. Activision must address this issue promptly before I consider taking legal action.

I am reaching out to request a refund for this game due to the lackluster performance and various issues that have affected my experience. The game falls short of expectations, especially considering it is a AAA title. I am disappointed in the game's overall quality, unlike the previous Call Of Duty titles that I've enjoyed. As per the consumer protection laws in my province, I am entitled to a refund when a product fails to meet its advertised expectations. The website link provided clearly states, "You have the right to ask for a refund if a business misrepresents their product or service." I kindly ask for the refund to be processed in accordance with these regulations.
