Problem report / further detail
I do not have a receipt for a purchase that was made. I cannot give you an order number because I never received one. I called yesterday because when I did receive the order, I then wanted to return it, but customer service said over the telephone that she needed an account*order number to track. I provided her with Gregory Lockman for an account and Greg Lockman for an account. I am unable to return it, because there is no order number. Credit card was charged to Gregory Lockman. Gregory Lockman did not get an order confirmation, either. How do I return the item and how do I know that Gregory Lockman will receive a credit to his credit card?
