How GetHuman-marying attempted to contact Amazon
Tried messaging Amazon through their Facebook page to see if Customer Care would respond
Was equipped with the following information
Last name, Account ID, Home address, First name, Phone number, Email address on the account, Email, Billing address, Name on the account
Reported back to GetHuman as fixed
Fixed, on December 18th, 2017
