I tried to buy digital codes on amazon, I didnt know my VISA card had no balance. i used a USA address because my PSN account is in USA, I am from Panama, so That's why I should do it that way. But obviously amazon I refuse the purchases and block my account, I have sent two faxes with the information requested and I still do not receive a response.
