Problem report / further detail
I ordered an item from amazon, sold by them, that came defective. I was told to return and repurchase. I received it three days ago and noticed today that it has dropped in price by fifty dollars. I emailed customer service and was told no, I started a chat and was told no by an employee and their supervisor and was told no when asked to speak to a manger higher than him.
