I added an iTunes card to the wrong account and I don't know the answers to the security questions to take the card off

Tried tweeting @AppleSupport to see if Apple Customer Service would respond
Was equipped with the following information
Billing address, Phone number on account, Phone number
Reported back to GetHuman as fixed
Fixed, on November 22nd, 2017
