I attempted to purchase an app upgrade, but I encountered issues as I couldn't recall the answers to my security questions. Upon visiting the Apple ID website to reset them, I found the questions reappearing, hindering me from accessing my security settings without answering them first. Additionally, I have not set up a rescue email, which is also part of the security settings. My attempts to reach out to Apple via their Support Page have been unsuccessful, as I am only presented with a "We're Sorry" message.

I have a [redacted] MacBook Air 13-inch. My input and output sound have been disabled for 2 months now. It seems to be locked because I cannot change the volume, and a symbol of a no parking sign appears under the sound bar when I try to adjust the sound. I attempted to modify the settings, but they are also locked. I faced this issue last year, and it randomly resolved itself after some time. I consulted an expert who suggested spending around $[redacted] to change the sound card, claiming it is a hardware problem. However, I suspect his lack of experience led to this diagnosis, especially since the issue resolved itself last year without any hardware changes. I updated my MacBook to El Capitan, and I discovered many others online facing the same problem. After waiting for one and a half months, I am feeling frustrated. I appreciate any help. Thank you.

Hello, I am Peggy Richards. I recently received an email confirmation for a $9.99 purchase with confirmation number MJ5VWTLGQF3. I did not make this purchase and do not recognize it. The email is requesting my MasterCard number and social insurance number, which I will not provide. I am reaching out to request the removal of this transaction. If you have any information on who may have made this purchase, please provide me with details on where and by whom it was made. Thank you.

My iPhone 5c keeps displaying a message stating my storage is low and prompting me to delete apps. Despite removing apps, pictures, and videos, and restarting the phone multiple times, the only noticeable change is a decrease in speed. It won't let me update to 9.3.4 due to insufficient storage. I simply want to use my phone without issues. Additionally, whenever I open an app, it initially starts then crashes, sometimes causing my phone to shut down. Facing trouble connecting to my home Wi-Fi as it claims the password is wrong, even though I am certain it's correct. Struggled to sign in to my Apple ID this morning, changed the password, but still faced issues. Finally managed to log in, barely able to use the phone today.

I received an email informing me that due to inactivity, my iTunes account and iCloud email may be closed as per their policy. I have the option to save my account by clicking "Save it for me" and following the provided instructions. They may require additional information for security purposes. If I do not wish to keep the account, I can disregard the message, and the account will be terminated in a few days. Thank you for using the service.

I forgot my password once and had to create a new Apple ID to log in to iTunes and the App Store. After restoring my iPhone 4 through iTunes on my PC, it's requesting the password for my old Apple ID, and my recovery email is now deleted. Apple support is requesting the bill for proof of purchase, but I no longer have it since it's been around 5 years. I do remember the ID and password I used for iTunes and the App Store before the restore.

One night, my phone unexpectedly shut off. Consequently, I visited my Apple ID account and inputted my accurate password. Now, it's prompting me to enter a code, but I can't access it since my phone won't turn on. My phone is my sole Apple device. Despite attempting to use a friend's phone to retrieve the code, it was unsuccessful. Having my phone is crucial for work, school, and my family's safety. Any prompt and effective resolution to this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I am facing an issue while trying to make a purchase on the App Store. A message indicates that PayPal is not supported on my device and there was a billing issue with a previous purchase, preventing me from proceeding. Initially, changing my Apple ID resolved the problem temporarily, but it has resurfaced. Despite multiple attempts to create a new Apple ID, I encounter an "unknown error" when entering the confirmation code. The situation persists even after requesting a new code. PayPal, although not involved with the new ID, cannot offer assistance, citing this as an Apple-related matter. It's frustrating as I am unable to update or download any new apps.

I've been experiencing slow letter display while texting, with the letters running together. Lately, when I voice-dictate messages, the entire text gets selected in blue as soon as I finish. This issue only started this week. Additionally, my screen feels very hot to the touch. I've noticed the screen brightness fluctuating from dim to bright, even in consistent lighting. Moreover, the device seems to be charging at a slow rate.

An alert suddenly popped up on my screen and played a repeating message instructing me to urgently call Apple support to avoid being disconnected from the network due to a potential breach from a malicious installation. After dialing the number ([redacted]), I spoke with Jon Walker, who claimed to be an Apple support representative. He warned me about having thousands of viruses on my computer and multiple devices being vulnerable due to lack of protection. I am unsure if this person was genuinely from Apple. Can you please verify if this level of support is provided by your company?

I am extremely frustrated and exhausted. I would have preferred to go through hell than deal with creating an Apple ID and password. I have been working on it for 24 hours now. Just when I thought I was finished, it tells me my email ID does not match, even though I have typed it correctly countless times. I am on the verge of throwing away my Apple iPad and giving up. The stress and exhaustion are causing my whole body to ache. It feels like they are purposely trying to upset me and they are not relenting. They send me a code, and when I enter it, it says it's incorrect. I am diligently putting in the code they gave me, so how can it be wrong? This keeps happening, and I am at my breaking point. What is going on? Are they playing mind games with me?

I would like to request the removal of the "shuffle" function from my iTunes library. This request is shared by many members of Apple's community. Apple often directs consumers to our community for technical issue resolutions, where unfortunately 99% of us have been unsuccessful. It is interesting how Apple deflects technical problems back to us, potentially saving the corporation money. The efficiency of Apple's voice prompts, especially the false assurances of quick transfers to human tech support, deserves recognition. If a 2-hour wait is considered quick by Apple, I apologize for any frustration expressed towards the company, as it may have been due to my lack of understanding regarding their turnaround time policies.

I had a $50 or $[redacted] iTunes card linked to my first iCloud account from [redacted], but I can't recall the email address associated with it to access the card. The card remains unused. I am requesting assistance in retrieving the two-year-old email address. I was misled into buying the iTunes card at the Aventura Mall, Florida, store under false pretenses. The salesperson falsely claimed an iTunes purchase was needed to set up an email address. This has left me feeling manipulated and deceived by the store. I seek a prompt solution to this unresolved issue. Additionally, my iCloud account is suspended due to receiving the incorrect network iPhone, causing significant inconvenience as a disabled individual. Despite no resolution from Apple customer service for six months, I have had no replacement phone. I urge customer relations to address both matters urgently. Thank you.

I recently received an email supposedly from Apple regarding a confirmation order for an iTunes gift card which I did not make. The email contained an attached "official looking" invoice as a pdf. I checked with my bank, but there is no record of any charges from Apple or iTunes on my VISA account linked to Apple.

Hello, I am having trouble removing a custom ringtone from Garageband. I created a custom ringtone and saved it to iCloud. I attempted to delete the ringtone from my iPhone within Garageband under iCloud, but it remains on my device. I watched tutorials on YouTube that instructed me to create another ringtone, click the upload button, select "ringtone," choose my custom ringtone, press the red minus, and then delete it. However, when I followed these steps, it said I did not have a ringtone to delete. Despite searching extensively, I have not found a solution. I would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you.

Hello, when I received my iPhone 6s, my daughter helped set up my Apple ID. The email address she used for the App Store and iTunes is different from the one I currently use. When trying to update my apps, I realized I forgot my App Store password, which I believe is "wayne03." Unfortunately, it is now locked, and I cannot unlock it because it is linked to my son's old iPhone 5, which had a phone number ending in 50. Since he no longer has that number, we can't verify it. I am unable to update my apps or switch to a new Apple ID due to the fear of losing my data. Could someone assist in looking up the old phone number associated with it or provide an alternative verification method through email instead of requiring the old phone number? Thank you.

I'm experiencing an issue with my iPhone where the email address line does not appear correctly when responding or forwarding emails. Instead of appearing on its own line, the "From" line is combined with the Cc/Bcc line, leading to confusion when selecting email addresses. When I click on the "From" line, a list of email addresses appears, including one from someone I don't recognize. If I select this unfamiliar address, it gets added to the "From" line instead of my own address. I'm concerned that my iPhone may have been hacked, causing emails to be sent from the incorrect address without my knowledge. How can I resolve this issue and ensure that my emails are sent from the correct address every time?

Good evening, I am reaching out because my Facebook and Instagram accounts were hacked recently, resulting in the disappearance of my profiles. The hacked Instagram account was under the username 'abi_hivyar' posing as Eva, but it is no longer available. The password, username, and associated phone number were all changed without my consent, leaving me unable to access my accounts. My original profile name was 'giada_sciortino' and I had 66K followers, around [redacted] posts, and followed about [redacted] accounts. I am based in Milan and work as a model, video clip actress, and influencer. Some of my work is available online, and I was featured as a playmate for Playboy Italy in May [redacted]. Access to my profile is vital for my work, and I am in need of assistance in recovering it. I am willing to provide photos as evidence or send over documents to verify my identity if necessary. Thank you for your attention. Best regards, Giada Sciortino

Dear Sirs, Approximately eighteen months ago, I purchased an Apple iPhone 5s with the IMEI [redacted][redacted] and S/N DNQMK14BFFGC from a resident in Dortmund, Germany. Initially, the phone was functional and activated. After some time, I put the phone away with the intention of giving it to my sister. However, recently, when I tried to use it again, I found it inactive and blocked. I contacted Apple Support in Germany and received Ticket Number [redacted]08. They requested the original purchase receipt, which I did not receive. I only have a written agreement from the seller. Could you please assist in reactivating my iPhone so I can update and log in? Your support in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Best regards, Sajjad Hussain Mühlenstr. 22 [redacted] Dortmund, Germany

I received a message from Apple informing me that my account is at risk of being blocked. The email stated that there were issues with my billing information, and unless the problem is resolved by filling out the Account Verification Form within three business days, my account may be permanently closed. It advised me to work with the billing owner to rectify the situation promptly.
