Problem report / further detail
relationship with their third party vendor CCR warranty is criminal. I have received two faulty products (one originally, and one after the return aka the replacement was also faulty) through Best Buy's online mobile purchases. Calling *-***-BESTBUY does not help, as they pass the buck. I've tried for hours to get someone helpful and they are clearly told to not address the issue, which is the fact that CCR warranty is sending out bad products.
