I recently had a boost phone for my existing boost account but it got broke and Now I've got a boost phone from a family member but do not know how to activate it so I can start using it on my existing account

Tried tweeting @BoostCare to see if Boost Mobile Customer Service would respond
Was equipped with the following information
Phone number, Home address, Account ID, Email, Phone number, , Last name, 4 Digit PIN
