Facebook is prompting me to use their virus scanner to clean my computer, claiming it's acting like it has malware. However, after running the scanner for 6 to 8 hours, it remains stuck at the downloading stage without progress. The option to have them clean the computer while logged into my account is unavailable as I can't access it. Despite contacting Facebook to remove their scanner, I still can't log in. Other security scans, such as Microsoft Security, report no malware or viruses. I've been unable to access my account for days, and communicating with Facebook has been unsatisfactory regarding this issue.

I have noticed that Facebook offers the option to schedule posts, but I have not been able to find the same feature for Facebook Notes. This means I have to manually post them at specific times, which is inconvenient. It would be great if Facebook Notes could also allow scheduling like regular posts. This feature would enhance the platform, making it easier and more convenient to share articles, papers, and ideas. If there is a way to schedule publishing for Facebook Notes or if there is another application that can do this, I would love to know.

Last night on Facebook chat, someone claiming to be from Facebook Policy contacted me instructing to change my password and provide a credit card to secure my account. I changed my password but did not provide any credit card details. Now, my account displays as Policy FB instead of my name, Candee Barker. I am unable to log in as Facebook is identifying me as a business or organization, not an individual. I am prompted to download my account information and verify my identity.

We represent an organization with several popular news pages on Facebook, with a significant following and a substantial annual advertising budget on the platform. Despite posting mainstream news stories that align with established newspapers, we are facing a serious issue. There is a group of individuals maliciously reporting our clean and objective posts, resulting in frequent and unjustified blocks from posting and messaging on Facebook. These false reports have led to significant downtime, lasting days in the last month alone. While Facebook Ad Support has acknowledged the validity of our posts and the orchestrated nature of the false reports, the resolution process is slow, sometimes taking up to a week for service restoration. Our page dedicated to Rojava Kurds has been unpublished for days, despite our ongoing appeal. We are experiencing a substantial amount of downtime, with nearly % attributed to these malicious reports. We believe this to be a coordinated cyber-terrorism effort, affecting our ability to communicate with our audience and respond to customer inquiries generated by our ads. We are requesting more efficient support measures, including a direct tech support email and a reset of our compliance record to prevent extended blocks in the future. Until Facebook addresses this abuse and provides us with adequate protection, we are at risk of being blocked unfairly, impeding our ability to operate smoothly. In late December of [redacted], my account was deactivated for "validation." I complied with the request to provide my identification documents. However, for close to two months now, I've been receiving the message: "Thank You Unfortunately, you won't be able to access your account while we're reviewing these additional documents. We appreciate your patience, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can." It seems evident that there has been no actual review of my documents, and the goal is to keep my account deactivated permanently, which is very unprofessional and misleading. Despite submitting my identification (Passport and Dutch residency permit) through the provided link, I receive a repetitive, automated response stating "Unfortunately, we can't confirm your identification." This cycle has repeated over five times without progress. I feel stuck and uncertain of what steps to take next. The lack of human contact and the seemingly endless loop in the system are frustrating. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I set up a business account for Gratitude-Heart-Garden Florist before they required personal accounts, it seems. I am unable to link this account to my personal account under Pradhan Balter. Yesterday, my wife passed away. I am trying to access her Facebook account on our son's tablet but am having trouble. I was able to reset her password using my phone number, but now when I try to log in, her account keeps appearing instead of mine. My account is associated with my phone number, and it doesn't recognize my email. I have attempted to reset her password and phone number, tried different browsers, but have had no success gaining access to my own account.

My Facebook account got hacked, spamming posts in all the groups I'm in. I resolved it by removing active sessions and unrecognized devices. After logging out, Messenger prompted me to verify with a recognized device - Chrome on my phone or the Facebook app, both unsuccessful. Unfortunately, I can't provide the verification since my Facebook number is outdated. I relocated from the US to Germany with my husband, hence the German number.

I have a business Facebook page that I created years ago but never used. Only a few people have "Liked" the page. The page shows up in Google search but is not visible when searched directly on Facebook. Facebook cannot find any results. It can still be seen on the profiles of those who "Liked" it, but it leads to a default blue business page with a briefcase profile picture, showing only the business name. There is no activity, no way to post, and nothing to see. This is impacting my business negatively, and I want to either update or delete it. I have tried Facebook forms and received minimal assistance, being told it might be an old version that cannot be deleted. I really need to resolve this issue. I have been using my email to log in several times. However, I am facing issues logging in on my new phone. Facebook's website indicates that my email is now considered invalid. I granted Dana Gayle administrative privileges for my dog rescue page, Las Vegas Basset Rescue, when she was volunteering for our organization. However, she has since left to start her own rescue and is misusing our page to promote her new endeavor. Dana is also spreading misinformation about me and our organization on the page. Despite multiple requests over the past six months, she has refused to restore my admin status. I am currently listed as an editor, but I would like to be reinstated as the admin for my own page. I'm experiencing issues logging in from any computer. Interestingly, my mobile Facebook app is functioning well; however, accessing the full site from both PCs and my phone is proving to be difficult. When I input my ID and password (confirmed to be accurate), the screen resets as though my password was never entered, without displaying an error message. Additionally, when I navigate to my account settings via mobile, all options are grayed out. I attempted to recover my account, and while it does recognize my account, upon entering my password, the screen resets once more. This situation leads me to suspect that my account may have been compromised.

I recently received a friend request from Teague Jenny Marie, and after chatting with her, she informed me that I had won a Facebook Lottery prize of $. She asked me to pay $ for the FedEx delivery service. However, things took a suspicious turn when a FedEx employee mentioned I needed to split the payment to an individual in Africa due to unforeseen circumstances. I declined, which led to me receiving texts from someone claiming to be an FBI agent and an "Assistance CEO" from Facebook. I contacted Facebook and researched online to find out that Facebook does not have a lottery and advises against sending money in such scenarios. Despite receiving more texts suggesting the legitimacy of the situation, including messages from Facebook Headquarters to unblock Teague Jenny Marie, I remain cautious and intend to involve law enforcement.
