I bought some clothes from Brooks Brothers online, and the package was shipped on Monday, ********** from Enfield, CT. However, after it arrives in Memphis, the online tracking system stopped updating and showed it was pending. I then reached the representatives online, twice, and they claimed to be able to locate my package and someone would reach me by phone for the following ups. But no one ever contacted me besides I missed one call. I called them today and was told that the package was found empty at Memphis, and told me to start a claim or contact Brooks Brothers. But the information online shows the package is * lbs, so I think they must lost it during transiting. The overall value of that package is $ ***.**. Tracking no. is ************. Can you help me to claim that package or use other ways to solve this problem?
