Hello, I have some inquiries regarding your FIDO-U2F support. I am aware that currently, U2F is compatible with the Chrome browser. Could you please address the following questions: 1. Can a Google user authenticate on your sites using a non-Chrome browser and a non-Google U2F JavaScript plugin/extension for a browser-based U2F solution, or is there a dependency on Chrome browser/Chrome U2F JavaScript implementation for Google web pages? 2. Is it feasible for a non-browser application to perform Google user U2F authentication via Google APIs? If so, could you provide some relevant links? I am aware of the security concerns with non-browser applications potentially exposing Google credentials to third parties, but I am interested in knowing if this scenario is supported. Hello! I recently discovered that my business address is incorrectly listed as my home address in search results, complete with images of my residence. Although I operate my business from home, I provide customers with a separate UPS Store address for shipping and returns. I need assistance in removing my home address from the listings. Moreover, my website is currently redirecting to a web address that I no longer utilize. I've attempted to undo this redirection without success. It's possible that some time is needed for the change to take effect, but upon my last check, the issue persisted. Thank you for your assistance!

I recently updated my Google account and changed my password. However, when I tried to switch to my other account, I could only access one but not the original one associated with my Google account. After spending 4 hours on the phone with Google Support and trying various troubleshooting steps, including deleting the data of the inaccessible Google account, the issue remains unresolved. Even after consulting with a specialist, the problem persists. I was promised follow-up information by email and a callback the next day, but it has been three days without any communication. I urgently need assistance to restore my other account as many of my downloads, over [redacted], have been reduced to only 9. This situation is quite distressing to me.

Dear Google User, I received an anniversary notification allegedly from Larry Page, Co-founder and CEO of Google Incâ„¢. The message indicates it's a Google Anniversary winning notification. I find it important to reach out to your company as the email and PDF bear your company logo. Could you please confirm the authenticity of this message? I have concerns about potential scams. The attachment requests further information and is signed by Larry Page. I can forward the email if necessary. I received this in my office email at 11:45 a.m. yesterday. I tried to activate 'Smart Lock for Passwords' within the Google Settings app, but encountered an error saying, "This account uses custom passphrase encryption, which is unsupported at this time." Upon researching, I followed instructions to reset sync, which was completed successfully. However, the error message continues to appear whenever I try to access 'Smart Lock for Passwords'. How can I resolve this issue and successfully enable Smart Lock?

I had a long chain of emails in my sent folder. However, now I can only see the last few emails. The subject line of the thread I am concerned about is "Celebrating Eleanor Zablotny at [redacted]." Additionally, when I attempted to forward the last email in the thread, it was returned with an error message stating "LMTP transmission failure." I am unsure if this issue is connected to the missing emails. Furthermore, I have encountered a message regarding a problem related to a "long-running" script.

Someone keeps changing my passwords daily, despite my efforts to secure them. I have tried creating complex passwords, updating my contact information, and avoiding saving passwords, but the issue persists. Earlier today, I set up a new Google account, only to have the password changed within 10 minutes. This situation is disrupting my school work on my Dell laptop, and I fear failing my first class as a result. I have followed all the steps suggested by Google and Yahoo, but I continue to struggle to access most of my accounts unless they were previously stored in an app.

I was browsing the Buzzfeed website on Google Chrome in the UK when a voice alert claimed my computer was infected with a specific virus. It urged me to call a provided number for guidance on removal and advised against online shopping until it was fixed. The contact number appears to be in the US. Can anyone assist me?

I mistakenly entered my User Name as Joy instead of Joe during registration. I've tried to follow the online instructions to correct it, but I am unable to edit it. Whenever I try to make changes, I encounter issues. Can someone please assist me with updating my name to Joe instead of Joy? I appreciate any help provided.

I recently experienced a security breach on my devices, leading to a virus infection. After Google attempted to restore my phone, it malfunctioned again. It seems my security settings in the backups are compromised. I only wish to restore my passwords and contacts after a thorough scan, avoiding any downloads that could be infected. My phone is now functioning well after resetting it to factory settings. My email account was affected, and automatic restores caused issues. I suspect the hacker gained access to all my internet accounts. I need assistance with changing passwords and securing my accounts. The hacker, "Ron," took control of my desktop and transferred important folders, including encryption keys. The attacker claimed to be linked to Anonymous and accessed my offline desktop, possibly through my phone's connectivity features. I have someone examining my devices for continued use. Following this breach, I will be filing a police report. If needed, contact me on Facebook as that appears secure for now.

I no longer have access to a computer that was linked to my Google account. On my laptop, I can still see the history of the old computer, but I'm unable to remove it. I was advised to go to Chrome Mobile and click on the "other devices" tab to delete the device. However, this tab is not visible on my Chrome Mobile app. How can I restore this tab or is there an alternative method to remove the outdated computer information from my account?

This morning, I realized that my phone had a glitch after updating and reverted to factory settings like a new device with no data. The phone provider was surprised as it was unusual. Since I couldn't recall my gmail password or recovery questions, they advised reaching out to Google for help in the recovery process. Currently, I am unable to access my email, contacts, or apps, making it seem like my phone was reset completely.

I've been attempting to unlock my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge using Android Device Manager. When I click on "Lock," a window appears requesting a password. I receive two messages: the first confirms the password request has been sent, and the second states that Google has verified a screen lock is already in place and the password I provide won't be needed. My primary email and secondary email have both been hacked. The hacker changed the recovery info ensuring that each email would receive the password reset of the other. They also removed my phone number and enabled 2-step verification. I've been unsuccessful in using the recovery page and fear for my compromised identity and private information. This is affecting other accounts with changed passwords too. I urgently need assistance as this has been going on for weeks and I'm feeling overwhelmed by the situation.

I need help removing unauthorized sexual content of mine from the internet. The main website's support team has already deleted the videos, but there are low-quality websites that have not. I am unable to contact these sites directly. I need assistance removing the content from Google search results. I have tried using Google's content removal guide, but it gets stuck at one point. I would appreciate if someone could assist me with this issue.

I have a business named Brisbane Camera Hire, previously situated in Wakerley and then in Coorparoo. When searching for my business, the Coorparoo address displays on Google, which is incorrect. However, when I log into Google My Business, I can only edit the Wakerley address where my PO box is located. The Wakerley address doesn't even show up on Google. When attempting to update the Coorparoo address, which is now inaccurate, it indicates that another account has verified it. I've been trying tirelessly to identify and rectify this issue with no success. I have already updated the Wakerley address to reflect my new location and requested a verification postcard, although I don't believe this will resolve the problem since the Wakerley address is not visible on Google.

I currently have two email addresses linked to my Google account, although I previously had three. In the past, they could communicate with each other, and photos would automatically save to designated locations on my desktop. However, as of the first of the year, it appears that Google has lost some or all of my login information for all three email addresses. I've spent all day re-establishing two of them but I'm struggling with the third one. Ideally, I would like to consolidate into one Google account for simplicity, allowing me to log in with any of the emails using either the same or separate passwords. Could you please provide instructions or guidance on how to proceed?

I've been experiencing an issue when trying to compose a message. A pop-up appears with four options: view source, select all, inspect element, and one other. Once the pop-up shows up, the cursor is automatically moved to the top left corner of the page, making it impossible to continue typing or perform functions like copy and paste. This problem has been ongoing for about three weeks. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.

I traveled to another country and used my Gmail account there with a temporary phone number for verification. Now that I am back in the United States, I cannot access my account because I no longer have access to that phone number for the 2-step verification. I can still use my iPhone to login, but I urgently need to access my account on my computer. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I need assistance recovering my gmail password for an old YouTube account that I haven't accessed since July 13, [redacted]. The problem I'm facing is that I can't recall my gmail password, and the only recovery option provided is sending a code to my old cellphone number, which is no longer in use. Previously, I could reset my password by sending a reset link to my Yahoo email, which was linked to my YouTube account before Google's partnership. I request help to reset my password through my Yahoo email, as I still remember my login information there. Thank you for your help in resolving this issue.
