Problem report / further detail
I bought a greendot card literally ** minutes ago. I got home and tried the online registration and it said it was a invalid card number. So I called the number enclosed in the packet my card came in to register it.. Still said invalid card number. So then I call the number on the back of the card.. Still says invalid card number. I tried relentlessly to find a prompt to speak with a customer service representative and no matter what option I chose on the automated prompt would take me to a representative. I need my card registered. I am typing the card number EXACTLY as shown on the card. I don't understand why there is no option to speak with a person! I can't even find an email address! I now have money on my card and it won't allow me to register the card to even use it!
