As a US citizen, I have obtained immigration visas for my eldest daughter and spouse, expiring on January 15, [redacted]. Currently, we are unable to depart as we are awaiting approval for my younger daughter's visa. I predict approval within two months. Despite attempting to secure a visit visa for her, it was rejected due to the pending immigration case. Extending the immigration visas for my spouse and eldest daughter appears to be the only viable solution at this time.

I have a question regarding my status as an international student. Currently, I am attending college as an international student and have been offered a job by a company that has submitted a Labour Migration application on my behalf. However, I recently discovered the MAVNI program and am interested in pursuing that option instead. I am wondering if I can withdraw my Labour Migration application to join the MAVNI program. If I do withdraw from the Labour Migration process, will I still be considered an international student or will my status change? Any advice on how to proceed would be appreciated.

I have been struggling to find a solution to my issue for a few months now. My wife is Brazilian, and we have been married for 20 years with two American-born children. Initially, my wife had a green card. During a visit to Brazil, her father fell ill, and our return tickets through the bankrupt airline Varig were not honored. Subsequently, I took a low-paying teaching job, extending our stay to 9.5 years. Now that we are back in the USA, my wife only has a tourist visa. We wish to stay in the country, but we need to restart the entire immigration process, which we cannot afford. Her visa will soon expire, and we are here with our 19-year-old son and 13-year-old daughter. I have spent weeks searching for a way to speak with someone who can help without demanding exorbitant fees. Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated as we navigate this difficult situation.

My spouse submitted an I-[redacted] application about 45 days ago, but we have not received a receipt yet. When contacting USCIS, they requested an A number which we do not possess. The application only requested either an A number or an I-94 number, of which we provided the latter. However, USCIS informed us that they cannot track the case using the I-94 number. Our bank records indicate that the check payment was processed on December 10, [redacted]. How should we proceed to obtain updates on the application status?

I am curious to know the timeline for my husband's I-[redacted] processing and when he can return. We are currently submitting the I-[redacted] form while he is in India. I am wondering about the approval duration for the I-[redacted] and the entire process, along with the period we will be separated. The attorney mentioned 6 months for the I-[redacted] processing, but I am uncertain if that is the only step in the process.

It's a serious situation for me as my I-94 has expired along with my work authorization card. I applied for a new one last October, but they recently informed me that they didn't receive my application. I've been unemployed since then, struggling to pay my $[redacted] monthly bills. I'm unable to obtain an ID, driver's license, or even move anywhere due to the lack of identification. This could lead to homelessness next month. Even though my green card is in process for almost 6 months, I can't afford to apply for I-[redacted] or wait another 90 days. Please, I urgently need help to expedite my green card process to avoid further financial hardship.

Hello, my name is Adam B. and I was born in [redacted]. I am facing a serious situation as my green card application has been in process for almost 6 months. I submitted my i765 application in October last year, but they recently informed me that they did not receive it. Since then, I have been unable to work, get a driver's license, or move due to the lack of identification. I am at risk of becoming homeless next month as I cannot afford to pay my bills. Currently, my account balance is zero, and the bank is asking for $[redacted]. I am actively searching for employment, but without proper identification, I am unable to work. Please assist me in resolving this matter swiftly and sending my green card at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your support.

Hello, My name is Walter L. Ross. I am a Permanent Resident living in New Orleans, Louisiana. In [redacted], I applied to replace my Lost Permanent Resident Card and underwent a Biometrics appointment on August 1st. After waiting nine months, I was informed that my card had been mailed in December [redacted]. Unfortunately, I did not receive it, leading me to apply again without a fee as it was a replacement for a lost card. I attended a second Biometrics exam on November 18, [redacted], and was told it would take around 4 months. Surprisingly, I received a letter from USCIS in February [redacted] stating they were terminating my application due to the lack of a second fee payment. I am willing to pay the fee again, but I feel frustrated about the whole process, especially since I am currently out of the country until late July. I appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter. Thank you, Walter L. Ross

Hello, I got married to my Peruvian girlfriend in mid-March here in the US while she was on a tourist visa. She has since traveled back to settle her estate and will be returning in late April with her daughter. I have added her to my insurance and we are looking to buy a home together. She is eager to work at a senior level once she returns. I recently heard from a friend that our quick marriage after her arrival in March might be seen as visa fraud. I'm worried about what could happen when she returns in April and tries to adjust her status. Thank you.

I was not provided with an ID, which is crucial as a Professional looking to contribute significantly to the U.S.A. Lack of identification could complicate matters like applying for a driver's license in Texas. I pride myself on having high morals and a good character, with experience traveling to various countries including the U.S. in the past. I am keen to make a substantial contribution, especially through my profession as a Teacher, and I can provide all my travel documentation to support this.

I submitted N-600K applications for my two children and requested a fee waiver. USCIS sent back a form I-[redacted] rejection letter stating items were missing, but I did provide everything listed. They returned all the documents, including the ones they claimed were absent. I attempted to contact them by phone and online using the correct receipt number, but the automated system says it's invalid. I couldn't speak to a representative after trying to reach out.

Hello, my name is Tiago Alves do Carmo Breguez and you can reach me at [redacted] Recently, I submitted a FOIA request to USCIS online and received a letter from them requesting additional properly filled out papers. I mailed the requested documents back and have confirmed delivery through the Post Office tracking number. Subject: Assistance Needed with USCIS Application Dear Sir or Madam, I am seeking urgent assistance with my I-[redacted] application submitted to the USCIS office in New Delhi. Despite meeting all requirements, my application has faced challenges during the interview process. The officer was unprofessional, demanded unnecessary documentation, and made discriminatory comments towards me and my husband. My father, who was willing to be a co-sponsor, was rejected unfairly. He demonstrated substantial assets but was turned down. I have made multiple visits to the embassy seeking help to resolve this issue, but have not received adequate assistance. I am reaching out for guidance on how to proceed as I wish to avoid the necessity of hiring another lawyer. Any advice or support would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Marcia R. Case # IZ-[redacted] - Yasir has been waiting for over 15 months for the USCIS interview. He patiently waits in Iraq under threat of death and with an autistic son. I have tried to support him by emailing and calling IOM RSC MENA in Amman, Jordan, to determine the holdup. They have not provided any explanatory information to me or Yasir. I called USCIS and spoke to a representative who suggested he call. He tried but could not reach a human operator. Please contact him by email at [redacted] I wrote his original letters in April [redacted]. He has earned the privilege of emigrating from Iraq by working for me on reconstruction contracts for the US Government. I can provide supporting details if required.

Hola, soy Yudilk.

I am seeking assistance for a potentially fraudulent marriage situation. Shortly after my husband obtained his green card through adjustment of status, he was arrested for harassment. He mistreated me, had an affair, and has not shown any signs of a genuine relationship in the nearly 2 years since. We do not have joint accounts, he does not provide me with housing, and instead lives with my father. It seems he only married me for the green card as his behavior changed significantly after that.

As an international student who recently completed OPT without a STEM major, I applied to Grand Canyon University for a Master's in Professional Counseling starting in September [redacted]. I paid the fees for the first two classes and submitted a SEVIS Transfer request from Arizona State University to Grand Canyon University. Unfortunately, after the release date on 07/05/[redacted], Grand Canyon University informed me that due to program changes, they could no longer offer F-1 visa support. I decided to transfer to Argosy University-Phoenix campus but encountered confusion regarding my SEVIS record. Grand Canyon University mentioned they only had a draft version and advised me to request Arizona State University to cancel the transfer and submit a new one. Arizona State University initially stated they had sent the SEVIS record, but later confirmed the transfer to Grand Canyon University was completed. The cycle continued with Grand Canyon University indicating they only had a draft. I am stuck in this back-and-forth with no clear guidance on how to resolve the issue.
