I wish all computer products were as convenient as my small wireless mouse that uses a tiny USB chip. Wires are always a hassle! Imagine if everything, like monitors and keyboards, ran on batteries with a thumb-sized receiver, the only thing needing a power cord would be the computer itself. The idea of a wireless computer system where even the monitors have rechargeable batteries would be incredible. Logitech seems like the company with the capability to make this a reality. I love my wireless mouse that only needs a double AA rechargeable battery every six to eight months. Imagine a future where all devices are wireless and battery-operated. It's exciting to think about having wireless monitors, speakers, cameras, and keyboards all sold as one system. The tech world would go crazy for such innovation! Best regards, Harry D. [redacted]

Hello, I have reached out to Logitech multiple times via email, but they have stopped responding to me about a week ago. I have sent two more emails since then with no reply. My speaker accidentally fell into water for a maximum of 15 seconds, even though all ports were closed, water somehow got inside. I purchased the speaker from an online store, and they mentioned that if the speaker has liquid damage, they will not accept it. Can anyone assist me with this supposedly waterproof speaker that turned out not to be waterproof? Thank you very much. Cheers, Dennis.

While using my UE Boom connected to my PC, it suddenly powered off. The Bluetooth light remains illuminated, but no sound is coming from the speaker, and the I/O light is inactive. The charging light doesn't come on, even when plugged in. I attempted various button combinations for more than 10 seconds, but nothing worked. Whether holding both volume buttons with the I/O button, only the volume down button with the I/O button, or the Bluetooth button, there was no response. Connecting it to my PC via USB also yielded no results. Despite having an initial 80% charge, it refuses to charge. I'm at a loss on how to resolve this issue.

Hello, I recently purchased the Z623 speaker system, but unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the sound quality. As a professional radio broadcaster and audio processing algorithm designer, I found the system to sound "squawky" with a subwoofer crossover that didn't meet my expectations. Despite trying to adjust the EQ settings, I couldn't resolve the midrange issues. I bought it from Amazon and plan to sell it soon. If you're interested, I'm willing to return it for a refund. I purchased three gaming headsets for $[redacted].42 on sale from the Logitech website. Despite receiving an email the next day stating they wouldn't honor the price and canceling my order, they only refunded me $49.81. This occurred eight days ago. Following six phone calls and opening a case, no one could provide clarity or assistance. The company promised a callback but instead claimed the issue was resolved via email. I haven't received the product and haven't been able to address the matter with anyone helpful. I am still short $[redacted].

Prior to the delivery of the product, I discovered that the exact same item is being sold for $[redacted].00 on Amazon, and even less on Ebay, both being new products and not refurbished. As a loyal customer with multiple Logitech Harmony remotes in my home, I am disappointed by this price difference. I kindly request for a credit to be issued to match the competitive pricing offered by your own distributors. I recently purchased a set of your speakers in a blue box with [redacted] watts. The setup includes front and rear speakers with a middle one resting on top of the subwoofer. I am experiencing an issue with a background bass-like sound coming from the subwoofer, as if something is beating fast in the background. Additionally, there is a different scratching sound. I have already discarded the box, so I would need guidance if it needs to be returned. Is it possible that this noise is caused by my monitor, modem/router, or computer, all positioned near the subwoofer? Has anyone encountered this issue before? I would appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Good morning, Recently, I purchased a mouse, but I am unable to find it on your website now, as you seem to be selling a newer model. The mouse I have is a Logitech Performance MX wireless laser mouse with [redacted] DPI and 7 buttons. I find it to be a perfect fit for me due to its weight, size, and ergonomics. I am facing two issues with the mouse. The first is that the battery is running weak, which is expected and I am willing to replace. However, the more concerning problem is with the left button, which is malfunctioning and making it extremely difficult for me to use the mouse effectively. I am hoping to inquire if you are able to repair the mouse for me, as I am very attached to it and purchasing a new one seems unnecessary given its overall performance and suitability for me. I am frustrated! I have provided all details necessary on the previous page - purchase date, store, model number, and clear instructions for repair. However, I encountered a frustrating question asking how I fixed it myself, which is why I contacted you for assistance. Additionally, after entering my details for follow-up, the process seems to be stalled. I am eagerly awaiting progress on your end. Will I need to contact Switzerland for further assistance tomorrow?

I am having trouble with the keyboard layout for the Keys-To-Go product with S/N1524CE1322D8. It seems to be designed for iPad use, indicated by the iOS keys on the last row. The letters appear correct, but many of the punctuation marks and symbols do not align with the keyboard's physical layout. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide an image, so here is a description of the layout: 1. The first key on the top row is labeled with underlined 'a' and 'o'. 2. The last key displays an upside-down '?'. 3. There are two keys next to the Enter key: the top one shows '*', '+', and ']', while the bottom one has a 'C' with a circumflex and '}'. Please advise on the appropriate keyboard setting that I should select to ensure that the characters typed align correctly with the keyboard's layout.

I am the owner of a UE Boom 2 Stone with model number S-[redacted]. I have previously tested its waterproof feature by submerging it for extended periods without any issues. However, after briefly submerging it for around 5 seconds, it disconnected from the music, did not turn off properly, and now it won't power on. When it shut down initially, the light turned red for 5 minutes, then white for 10 minutes before turning off completely. Despite being fully charged at [redacted]%, the charging light was flashing. My speaker is only 3 months old, and I am interested in getting it fixed. I have attempted a factory reset and connecting it to my computer without success. I would appreciate it if Logitech could assist in fixing the issue or provide guidance on how to resolve it. If a replacement for my yellow and grey Stone UE Boom is available, I am willing to purchase a new one.

I own two Logitech mice, the M510 and M310. One receiver works with both, but another receiver does not work with either mouse. I thought the receiver was faulty, so I purchased a new one, but the issue persists. I have one functional receiver that works with both mice, and two receivers, including a new one, that do not work. They all make the same sound when plugged in. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

To whom it may concern, I purchased a 3-piece bridal wedding set from Walmart on 8/24/18. Unfortunately, the male ring was too small, and when they stretched it to fit, it became so thin that it broke open. I have a contract warranty on the ring set and would like it repaired or replaced. Square Trade advised me to reach out to you, but I have been unsuccessful in contacting you so far. The claim number from Square Trade is [redacted]31. Last night around 11:30 PM UK time, I placed an order with reference number #[redacted] for a Logitech K375s Multi-Device German (QWERTZ keyboard layout). However, when I entered my details on the PayPal website, I was redirected to your webpage to verify my address. Unfortunately, the address suggestions provided were incorrect. The accurate address format is as follows: 5 Maslin Row Off Delamere Drive Swindon SN3 4WZ UNITED KINGDOM I couldn't correct the address on your webpage, preventing me from completing the purchase or leaving the page. I had to close the page since PayPal redirected me there. Since I haven't received a confirmation email from PayPal regarding the payment, I assume you handle the payment process. I would like to confirm that I wish to buy the aforementioned keyboard with the QWERTZ layout. I plan to call [redacted]9 in the morning to discuss this issue with a representative. Finding your email contact details was challenging, but I stumbled upon this address through a Google search. I purchased a slim folio Smart Keyboard and case for my iPad 9.5 on January 3 of this year. Although I am pleased with the product, the corners of the case have broken off. Since it remains stationary on my desk, I suspect it may be a manufacturing defect. The Apple Store in Bristol advised me to reach out to you directly regarding a replacement as the item is still under warranty. I am willing to provide photos if required. Thank you, Mark I.

I've been experiencing issues with my wireless keyboard and mouse combo (K350/M705) on my Windows 10 PC that I built a few years back. The keyboard sometimes doesn't work or inputs double (or more) characters, causing errors I need to correct later. The same goes for the M705 mouse, especially during gaming sessions - it either doesn't respond or double-clicks unintentionally. Even though my batteries are fine, the problem persists. I recently replaced them with a K350/M510 combo, but after about 3 months, they started showing the same problems. I prefer not to return to wired devices and have grown accustomed to the Wave keyboard style. The newer units were purchased from Amazon in April [redacted], and their warranty has expired. I've updated the software for both devices, but the issues persist. Any advice on how to resolve this frustrating situation would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I need assistance with my recent purchase of a Logitech G920 from a car boot sale. Unfortunately, upon inspection, I discovered that the wire connecting the pedals had been cut, and I require the full length of this wire to solder it back to the original connections inside the foot pedals. I am also in need of the plug-in adapter, which I can find on eBay. Could you please advise me on where I can purchase the wire part that connects to the wheel? Additionally, I am unsure if there is another wire that connects to the PC for the entire setup to work, or if this is already integrated into the wire I need. I received this replacement mouse due to a previous mouse having the same issue. The problem is that when I hold down the left mouse button, it releases prematurely even though I am still holding it. This is a significant issue for me as I primarily play FPS games. Research has shown that this is a common problem with this mouse.

I am a big fan of your mouse division. I own the G502 for my desktop and the M705 for my laptop. The feature I love the most is the button behind the scroll wheel that allows me to switch to the frictionless hyperscroll mode. This is why I chose the M705 for my laptop. However, my XPS laptop only has two USB ports, so relying on the USB receiver for the M705 becomes an issue when I need to plug in another device. I started looking at your Bluetooth compatible mice and came across the MX Anywhere 2S, which seemed perfect at first. However, I noticed that middle-clicking the scroll wheel activates hyperscroll, while the button behind it is meant for middle-clicking. This small inconsistency compared to your other mice makes it difficult for me to consider purchasing it. I hope that when you release the MX Anywhere 3, you will consider this feedback and make the layout consistent with your other mice. A lot of negative reviews on Amazon point out this issue, stating that it is unintuitive for users familiar with your products and those from other companies. Additionally, I suggest switching to USB-C for charging on future mouse releases. If these improvements are made in the next MX Anywhere model, I will definitely be one of the first to buy it.
