I am searching for a reliable laptop for my parents. My dad will mainly use it for viewing his bank statements and emails, while my mom will use it for similar tasks and also to create simple word documents for billing as an occupational therapist. We initially bought a Chromebook, only to realize that it requires almost everything to be done online and lacks easy compatibility with regular printers. Can anyone recommend a dependable laptop within the $[redacted]-$[redacted] price range? Thank you.

Hello, I purchased an LG TV from the Mooresville, NC store on January 29, [redacted]. LG has informed me that they will repair my TV if I can provide proof of purchase. Unfortunately, I am unable to locate the receipt. My name is James F Bridges. The model number of the TV is LG 43UF6400, and the serial number is #511MXCRM8891. I paid $[redacted].14 for this TV and believe it should have had a longer lifespan. The TV was well taken care of and owned by adults. I kindly request a copy of the receipt to be sent to [redacted] so I can verify the purchase with LG. During the time of purchase, my son Zachary Heath Bridges was an employee at the Mooresville store, and I also received his discount on a soundbar. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in expediting the process of obtaining a copy of the sales receipt. Thank you, James Bridges.

From: P.A.J. October 27, 2[redacted] Kelridge Place Brandon, FL [redacted] Primary: [redacted] Alternate: [redacted] Email: [redacted] To: hhgregg, Inc., et al. [redacted] E 96th Street Indianapolis, IN [redacted] Phone: [redacted] Subject: Claim for In-Store Credit Dear Sir/Madam, I, Ms. Phyllis A. Jones, am writing to seek resolution concerning an unresolved matter from February [redacted], involving an inoperative refrigerator purchased from hhgregg Appliance Store and the subsequent store credit issued. Despite efforts to utilize the store credit, I found the store closed due to bankruptcy, leaving me unable to redeem it. Despite numerous attempts, including contacting hhgregg Warranty Service and communicating with their representatives, there has been no satisfactory resolution to this matter. As a retiree on a limited income, the unredeemed store credit is burdensome and unjust. I implore your immediate attention and resolution to this issue. Please refer to the attached documentation for further details. Sincerely, P.A.J. Retired Air Force

I bought a Whirlpool washer (model WFW95HEDW) with a 5-year extended warranty (AWWT61-5) from hhgregg on 3/19/16. Recently, the washer malfunctioned, and my local appliance repair technician found the motherboard blew. After replacing it, the issue persisted, leading to further complications including a "ball of fire" when the new board also blew. The repairman is planning to contact Whirlpool tech support. This repair process could become expensive and time-consuming. Can you please forward this issue to the warranty provider or provide their contact details for me to reach out to them? Thank you. -G.J.

I recently bought a vehicle and I am concerned about the unexpected costs of the purchase. As a first-time car buyer in the US, I believed the GPS, Gap Insurance, and VSC extended warranty were obligatory for the loan approval. I felt rushed during the paperwork and unsure if I had a choice to decline these additional items. They increased my loan by $[redacted], and now I am dissatisfied. I am considering refinancing in the future and do not want these included if they were not mandatory. Additionally, the car has some issues: 1. Steering judders at speeds over 70MPH and is noisy. 2. Alarm/Horn goes off randomly while turning. 3. Strong fumes upon starting that irritate eyes and throat. I raised these concerns with the sales rep, but the fume issue persists. Can I opt-out of the GPS, Gap Insurance, or VSC warranty? Any assistance on these matters would be appreciated. Thank you, L H Cain

I bought a Sony 55" LED TV with a 5-year warranty from HHGreg in Metairie, LA on 10/21/[redacted]. Last night, the screen went black, and a red blinking light replaced the white 'on light.' After researching, I suspect one or more capacitors are faulty. I'm reaching out to inquire about repairs covered under the extended warranty. I hope to receive a response by Monday, 3/9/[redacted], before 3 PM.
