I have encountered a formatting issue in Excel that I would like assistance with. When I enter a long text in cell A1 and enable text wrapping, it works properly. However, when I reference cell A1 in cell A3 using the formula (=A1), the text in A3 does not wrap automatically. I have found that if I manually adjust the column width or toggle the wrap text setting, the text in A3 will wrap correctly. I am looking for a solution to make the Wrap Text function work seamlessly without requiring manual adjustments every time I reference a cell. Any tips or quirky workarounds would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having issues with my computer, and unfortunately, the local Microsoft store is not cooperating despite me having purchased their annual maintenance plan. The store manager at the Chandler, AZ location has a poor attitude and even hung up on me during our call. I have had a positive experience with Microsoft's remote service, who directed me to the local store for assistance. I am seeking contact information for the area manager at Microsoft because I have been unable to get any assistance from the corporate office, and I need a resolution to my computer problems.

I received a suspicious call pretending to be "Microsoft" around 1:00PM MDT on August 18, [redacted]. The automated message claimed my MS licenses were canceled, which was false. The call came from 1-[redacted]. I reported it to the authorities and called back the number. A person with a strong Indian accent answered and tried to scam me. I quickly identified it as a scam and disconnected the call. It seems like these scams are prevalent, so I urge action to be taken. With your resources, pursuing them should be feasible. If not, I'm prepared to take matters into my own hands. Let me know if you plan to address this issue.

I bought a Microsoft Surface on June 7 and received it on June 11. I needed a laptop to work from home, but it took over 3 months to get the mobilikey. When IT set up my laptop, they said the Surface doesn't support the mobilikey, so I need another laptop. I spent over $[redacted], but Microsoft's 30-day return policy is unhelpful. I've been searching for a phone number to talk to someone about my issue, but the website doesn't provide one. I'm disappointed with Microsoft. I called and was told no refund after 30 days. Poor customer service! I requested to speak to a manager, but they refused. I insisted, and they put me on hold. The manager also declined, stating the same 30-day policy. I want to escalate the case to speak to a manager, but the outcome seems the same. Frustrated with Microsoft! No more purchases from them for me!

I hold multiple Microsoft certifications, including MCSE, MCP, and others. On October 8th, my Windows 7 machine encountered the Blue Screen of Death. Following a system restore, I was alerted via email by Microsoft that my [redacted] account was suspended due to alleged spam activity. Despite numerous support tickets, I finally spoke with a manager who confirmed no spam activity and accurate account data. I completed all required forms for account ownership verification, awaiting an email with a reset link. Unfortunately, the email never arrived, leading to 8 frustrating days of unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue. The automated system's failure to send the crucial follow-up email has left me feeling overlooked and disregarded. As a Certified Microsoft Professional, it is disheartening to face such challenges and lack of live support. I provided my alternative email, [redacted], for correspondence, but to no avail. The continuous cycle of submitting forms, calls, and unfulfilled promises has left me feeling utterly disappointed and neglected. The lack of intervention despite manager acknowledgment of errors is truly unacceptable. The provided service numbers and ticket details only add to my exasperation.

My Microsoft account and OneDrive are both very slow to respond. I've been using Google instead. McAfee has checked for viruses, but there aren't any. They confirmed that the computer is working properly. To avoid the unresponsiveness, I've disabled syncing on OneDrive. Accessing OneDrive through the IE11 shortcut makes my computer freeze, but using the app on my start page works fine. I'm using Windows 8.1 with IE11. This problem started when Samsung activated Shuttle Cloud without my consent. I can't find an option to uninstall IE11 and reinstall it on Windows 8.1. McAfee said I can't remove it since it came with the computer. The virtual agent couldn't help me. Is there a contact number I can call to resolve this issue? IE11 has stopped working multiple times and now doesn't work at all.

I used the Xbox [redacted] Movies & TV app to rent "Ralph Breaks the Internet" but encountered an error message, "Status Code: c101a3ff," preventing me from watching it. After attempting to retry the rental, I was charged twice for the movie. The app's other functions, such as navigation and watching trailers, were operational. Upon researching the error online, I followed instructions to clear the system cache and delete related files, but now the rental is nowhere to be found. Despite trying Microsoft’s website and support phone numbers, I have not found a solution. I am frustrated and seeking assistance to obtain a refund and resolve this issue promptly. Thank you for your help. Trevor P.

I am experiencing two issues recently. First, my Lenovo computer suddenly stopped working, displaying only a black screen with the Lenovo logo. I bought a new computer on 5/27/19 and faced difficulties with my original email not functioning, as the code needed for verification was never sent. Despite multiple attempts, no code was received, leading me to create a new account with a different email address to get the new computer running. However, when trying to send an email today, I was again prompted for a code that was not sent despite entering my phone number. I am now unable to use the new computer with the new email address and struggling to recover my old email, which holds significant history. Despite following Microsoft's suggestions, filling out recovery forms twice, and engaging in chats, I am stuck in a loop. I used to receive codes on the same phone line, but now face this hurdle. It's urgent that I regain access to my old email to resolve these issues as it affects crucial tasks like bill payments and trading stocks. Please assist me promptly.

I am experiencing issues with my purchased copy of Battlefront 2 for Xbox One that was downloaded from the store. Even though I didn't buy a disc, the game now prompts me to insert one to play. When I tried to fix this by uninstalling and reinstalling the game, it now wants me to repurchase it. This problem is frustrating as I had made significant progress in the game. Furthermore, my Xbox has not been resolving other issues like the Blu-ray problem, despite multiple 1-star reviews about it. I am seeking assistance specifically for the Battlefront 2 problem and hope for a solution soon. 😡

This morning, I had trouble logging into my computer with my usual password. The contact details you have stored are outdated. Initially, the account was under my late husband's name. I previously received assistance where the password provided worked temporarily. Today, that password failed, prompting me to try my husband's old information, which granted me access. Please contact me at [redacted] to resolve this matter permanently.

After the Windows 8 update on 10/4/19, I've encountered printing issues. Printing from Firefox Mozilla causes a crash, and trying to print a Word document gives an error message saying "Windows Word application has stopped working." Despite users mainly reporting this issue after a Windows 10 update, I'm facing it on Windows 8, possibly due to update KB[redacted]. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling my HP printer software and checked the printer spool with no success. This problem is affecting my work as I need to print urgently. It's been ongoing for 4 days now. Any advice on a solution would be greatly appreciated.

I encountered a pop-up on my computer indicating that it was blocked. I can't recall the exact message, but it prompted me to call a number for computer support, which I did. I was billed $[redacted].99 for services rendered by AVK Targets at [redacted] Sunset Boulevard, West Hollywood, California, [redacted]. I used my credit card to make the payment. I'm unsure if this business is reputable. I suspect I may have been deceived, and I'm distressed about losing my money. As a 66-year-old woman living by myself, I find this situation alarming. I appreciate any assistance you can offer.

I am having an issue when I try to make purchases on my Microsoft account. Another person's name and email keep appearing, prompting me to enter their password. This problem started last fall when my account was misused to purchase a $[redacted] video game. Although I was able to get a refund through PayPal back then, the stranger's details continue to interfere with my Microsoft account access. It is frustrating as it prevents me from using my account smoothly.

I purchased a like-new Surface Laptop 3 online on April 15th. As an incoming college student, I depended on using this laptop for the next four years. After a meticulous inspection upon delivery, the laptop was in impeccable condition. A few months later, I brought it outside for the first time, securely stored in my backpack without any rough handling. However, upon returning home, I discovered hairline cracks spanning the entire length of the screen. I am aware of a manufacturing issue causing these cracks and sent it in for repairs. To my dismay, I received it back a month later with a note stating the damage was due to user mishandling. I am seeking either a repair or replacement at no cost, or at the very least, a discount on the $[redacted] fee.

1. After my computer crashed, I had to reset everything and lost all my apps, including My Office [redacted]. I need to reinstall it as I am a paying customer. 2. I am unable to access my Microsoft account. When I tried to update the email address, it created two accounts. Attempts to enter the account lead me to an old email address, [redacted], instead of my current one, [redacted] Resetting the password redirects me to the wrong account every time. 3. Despite receiving three verification codes from "get human help," none of them seem to work when I enter them. I am unable to reach any customer support to resolve this simple issue. 4. Microsoft's customer service seems non-existent, with a focus solely on revenue. If another company provided similar services, I might consider switching due to the lack of support.

I recently received an email notifying me of a $[redacted].99 charge for Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection, a product I did not purchase or recognize. The email directed me to call [redacted] to cancel. Upon contacting them, I was instructed to open Google Chrome for assistance. I declined, requested a supervisor, and was met with hostility from someone claiming to be an "agent," insisting I allow them access through Chrome to cancel. I persisted in refusing, prompting insults and threats of additional charges. Questioning their authenticity, I sought Microsoft's contact information independently, discovering a different phone number. Concerned about the deceitful encounter, I intend to report this incident to the FTC to safeguard others. Thank you, Nancy W.

I recently called a helpline number for technical support and had a poor connection, so "Alex" called me back. He requested access to my computer to assist with an excel issue related to adding my Capital One account to Money in Excel. During this process, he was able to view my transactions. He mentioned that many others were facing the same problem and advised me to buy a Google Play card to track the transaction. This request raised suspicion, but thinking it was Microsoft, I proceeded with the purchase of a $50 card. However, "Alex" then demanded $[redacted], confirming my suspicions. He tampered with my Target account, obtained the card's code, and disappeared with the $50 card. I reported this incident and the initial phone number. It seems someone within the system may be involved in fraudulent activities.

I purchased 'Office Home & Student [redacted]' in [redacted]. In [redacted], Astrum Technologies contacted me while I was experiencing PC issues. I allowed them access to my computer for a fee, and they not only supposedly fixed the problem but also removed paid programs including 'Office H & S [redacted]'. They replaced it with Microsoft [redacted] without my consent. I've tried uninstalling Microsoft [redacted] to reinstall 'Office [redacted]', but encounter issues with activation and subscriptions. Despite my attempts to remove Microsoft [redacted] from 'Programs and Features', it remains. I'm unsure how to proceed as I don't recall the email associated with Microsoft [redacted]. I want to know how to remove Microsoft [redacted] and install 'Office [redacted]' without further complications. Thank you for any assistance. - Tom R.

I am currently unable to access my MSN email account at [redacted] After undergoing brain surgery, I have experienced memory loss, particularly affecting my short-term memory. I recently purchased an iPhone 12 mini, and while everything was transferred, I am unable to login to my email account as it states my password is incorrect. The password I have always used is "Redriver" and I do not recall ever changing it. Although I have tried to recover my account using a form, the verification process poses a challenge as my initial email setup was in Canada, but I have been living in the USA for the past 15 years. I have exhausted various recovery methods, including answering security questions, but I struggle with certain details due to memory issues. This situation is not only frustrating but also concerning, as important legal documents may have been emailed to me. I am facing similar difficulties with my recovery Gmail account at [redacted] My cognitive disabilities make this ordeal overwhelming, and if possible, a phone call at 1-[redacted] with Janet Fisher would be greatly appreciated due to my difficulty with typing. Alternatively, contact through my friend's email at [redacted] is an option if email communication is necessary.
