Problem report / further detail
I have an HP Pavilion (desktop) p*-**** that was originally loaded with Windows *. I upgraded to Windows ** and now every time I leave my computer and the screen saver comes on or it goes into sleep mode, I try to get back in and I receive a blank screen. I have to press "control * alt * delete" to get back in. I called MS tech support and they told me my computer is not compatible with W** but I'm hoping there's a fix so I don't have to restore my system. Thank you!
