My purchase order number is [redacted]1. This morning, I unboxed the item and followed the setup instructions. However, when I tried to use the "extrude" function in the axis menu, the filament did not feed into the nozzle as expected. I manually pushed the filament through, and it came out of the nozzle, but the automatic feed is not working. Additionally, I noticed that the top part of the printer, where the filament is inserted, is rusted.

I own a Maker Select v2. Unfortunately, it's not printing as expected. I use FreeCAD v.17 for drafting and Cura 3.2.1 for slicing. The problem is that anything I try to print through the slicer doesn't come out right. Initially, the print bed lays down material correctly, but once printing starts, it behaves erratically. The printer randomly feeds material in and out of the extruder, causing it to overlap and print repeatedly in the same areas. This issue happened before but temporarily stopped. Even printing original gcodes resulted in failures. I'm quite frustrated and seeking assistance with this ongoing problem.

1. I recently purchased a Monoprice [redacted] Multizone controller and amplifier and am currently setting it up. Unfortunately, I believe I damaged one of the keypads (the front popped off). How can I go about getting a replacement for this keypad? 2. Is it possible to operate the unit with just 2 zones and two keypads without causing any harm to the unit? This would allow me to test the damaged keypad. 3. Can I utilize the "tape out" from my AM/FM Stereo Receiver as one of the inputs for the Monoprice 6 Zone Home Audio Multizone Controller and Amplifier? I don't have a tape recorder connected to my Stereo Receiver, but I would like to use the RCA jacks from the "tape out" as an input into the Monoprice 6 Zone Home Audio Multizone Controller and Amplifier. I purchased my Monoprice Select Plus on Amazon in May [redacted]. It has been working well, but recently I had to replace the damaged thermistor cable with an NTC [redacted] HEX thermistor. However, after the replacement, I noticed that the temperature reading for the extruder on the printer menu does not change when trying to preheat it, remaining at 46°C. Even though I can feel the extruder getting hot, the temperature is not reflected on the monitor. Consequently, the printer does not start the print as it's waiting for the temperature to match the one in the gcode. I bought a new original thermistor thinking the replacement might be faulty, but the issue persists. I suspect it could be a problem with the Interface card according to some forums. Can someone offer assistance with this troubleshooting?

I am attempting to set up the 10x6.25 Monoprice tablet with my MacBook Air, but I am encountering difficulties. I have downloaded the macOS ([redacted]) driver from the website and proceeded with the installation as directed. Upon restarting my MacBook Air and connecting the Monoprice tablet using a USB-A to USB-C converter due to the absence of USB-A ports on my laptop, the tablet does not appear in my displays or system tray. It seems that my laptop is not recognizing the tablet, and I am uncertain about the issue or misstep I may have made during the setup process.
