I initially had my brother-in-law as a co-sponsor, but he failed to submit the necessary documents. My children, who reside with my spouse and me, are employed. I desire to inform the NVC that I am removing my brother-in-law as a co-sponsor and inquire whether I can combine my children's income with my husband's to meet the financial requirements. I aim to prevent the closure of my case, avoiding the need to reapply and repay fees and provide documentation.

My Diversity Visa lottery application was rejected in Ghana due to a missing document requested by the consular officer. Although I presented my University Diploma and secondary school results slip, they insisted on seeing the secondary school certificate, which I didn't have at the time of the interview. Despite my assurance to provide it the next day, the request was denied, leading to the refusal. Two days later, I submitted an appeal letter and mailed a copy of the required secondary school certificate to the consular section. Unfortunately, I haven't received any response from the embassy yet. What steps should I take next?

My name is Rosa Mateos. I submitted a petition for Alien Relative (I-[redacted]) for my sister, Barbara Mateos, in November [redacted]. The petition was approved, and I received the Approval Notice in January [redacted] (Receipt Number: WAC-15-[redacted]5). In September [redacted], I received an Invitation Letter from the Cuban Family Reunification Parole Program (CFRP) offering the option to switch the petition to this Parole Program. Due to certain reasons, I have not taken action yet. I am now inquiring if I still have the opportunity to transfer the petition to the Parole Program. Could you please confirm if the Petition for a sister is still in progress? I am curious why there have been no changes in the process over the past 4 years. Thank you for your assistance. I am the petitioner for my wife, M.A.C. Recently, in September, she had her interview at the embassy in Manila. The interview mainly focused on questions about her late ex-husband. Despite providing substantial evidence, she was met with doubts and accusations during the process. She diligently gathered various documents to prove her situation, even acquiring voting records. However, even after presenting everything, she faced further unfounded allegations. The experience was emotionally taxing for her, resulting in frequent distress. Despite the efforts made and the evidence provided, the outcome of the interview left us feeling disheartened. We have not received any updates since then, and the whole ordeal has been challenging for us. If anyone has any advice or assistance regarding this matter, we would be grateful. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Rob C.

I, the petitioner for my wife, Marilyn Abainza Couch, would like to share our recent experience at the embassy in Manila. During her interview on September 3rd, the officers focused on questions about her late ex-husband, who passed away in [redacted]. They inquired about the timing of her registering his death, which she addressed by explaining the circumstances that led to the delay. Subsequently, they requested additional documentation, such as records from the embalmer, the church, the priest, and the hospital, which she provided, except for the funeral book and a photo of him deceased. She was also asked about his voting status, leading her to obtain his voting records from the municipal hall. After facing some challenges, she managed to gather the necessary information, including his voter registration from [redacted]. Despite submitting all requested evidence, she faced various accusations during the process, which left us feeling disheartened. Since September 17th, we have not received any updates, and it has been a challenging journey. We hope for a prompt resolution and approval, as we believe we have provided sufficient proof for the application. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Rob Couch Email: [redacted]

Subject: MARRIAGE AFTER VISA ISSUANCE Hello NVC, I am seeking clarification on a situation involving an eb3 employment-based immigrant applicant. If a visa has been issued and the applicant gets married before relocating to the US, would the spouse still be eligible for derivative status even though the visa has already been issued? Can the spouse benefit from a "follow-to-join" option and be included on the ds260 form before the principal applicant departs, while the applicant is still not a green card holder and is in the Philippines? Or would it convert into a family-based petition, extending the process to over 2 years? Your insights on this matter would be greatly appreciated to guide my next steps. I eagerly await your response. Thank you for your assistance, NVC. Please find attached. Best regards, Eb3 applicant

Dear Sir, Greetings! My name is Ahmed Ali Hussein from Egypt. I am seeking a humanitarian visa or refugee status. I have graduated from the Faculty of Law, English Department at Alexandria University. I hold an LLB degree in law and have completed a diploma in international and criminal law. I applied to conduct research in international criminal law, focusing on enhancing international criminal law in relation to tourism. However, my request to discuss this research was denied by the faculty administration due to national security reasons. Consequently, my documents and certificates went missing, and despite legal actions, I have not received a resolution. This situation has left me unable to work, travel, or access my bank account, leading to financial complications. I am currently in Douala, Cameroon, facing threats due to reporting a scam and struggling to meet my basic needs, including accommodation. I am appealing for humanitarian assistance or refugee status for myself, my wife, and child. I sincerely hope for your understanding and support. Thank you for your cooperation. Warm regards, Ahmed Ali

NVC Case Number: YRV[redacted] Principal Applicant: Lilia Adunts /Stepanyan/ Birthday: 05 August [redacted] I recently received a notification from NVC indicating that they require all necessary documents such as DS-[redacted], Civil Documents, and Financial Documents to proceed with the review of our case. I have successfully uploaded the required documents for the AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT and APPLICANT INFORMATION sections. However, I am facing an issue where the "Submit Documents" button is unresponsive. Since I have divorced and my ex-husband is not immigrating with us, I have removed him from the application and provided the divorce document. Despite this, the status still shows as "UNDER REVIEW." I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter promptly, especially considering that my daughter will turn 21 in August [redacted].

My wife and I had a disagreement, and I petitioned for her, which was approved by the USCIS and sent to the national visa center. After a brief misunderstanding, I sent a letter to withdraw the petition in the heat of the moment. However, we reconciled within 2 days and I wrote another letter to continue the petition, as we are still together and not divorcing. The national visa center informed me that they have not yet received the case from the USCIS as it can take up to 6 weeks, sent on 8/21/[redacted]. I kindly request not to withdraw the petition and to proceed with the process. Murtaza E. [redacted] Timber Creek Place Drive Apt. [redacted] Houston, TX [redacted] [redacted]

Subject: Query Regarding Form I-[redacted] Application for Fiancee Waiver Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to seek clarification on a matter that has come to my attention involving my brother's Form I-[redacted] (Fiancee Waiver) application. The form has been approved and forwarded to the U.S. Embassy/Consulate in Australia, where his fiancee currently resides. He wishes to bring his fiancee to the USA. I have a few inquiries: 1. If my brother legally marries his fiancee in Australia during the application process, would this impact the approved I-[redacted] petition? What steps should he take in this scenario? 2. Are there any additional forms or amendments that he must complete and submit to USCIS or NVS? 3. Can he proceed with the application while they are in the interview and medical screening phase? 4. Is his fiancee still eligible to enter the USA based on the current I-[redacted] form? Thank you for your assistance. Regards, M. Chang

One of my clients has not received their invoice for fees or an invoice ID. I submitted an online inquiry but have been unsuccessful in reaching the NVC by phone. The websites suggest waiting about 20 minutes to speak to a representative, but I haven't been able to even get in the queue. The repetitive automated message states all representatives are busy and to call back later. How can I connect with a live person via phone?

I am having trouble entering my addresses from the age of 16 onward. The website keeps kicking me out with an error message. I have 11 addresses to input, with one address repeating three times among the others. It is crucial for me to provide a correct timeline by entering all addresses. Despite making multiple attempts to input this information in chronological order, I have not been successful. Any guidance on how to move forward would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Abosede Opeyemi Milton Omekwe. I scanned my police certificate and submitted it, but then I received another email requesting me to resubmit it. The fingerprint paper has a front and back side, and since there wasn't enough space provided to accommodate both sides, I placed them beside each other. After scanning it again, I was informed that the stamp was not clear. I have now rescanned the fingerprint paper very clearly and placed the front and back beside each other in a PDF format for submission. I hope this meets the requirements, can someone please assist me with this? Thank you.

Subject: Urgent Request to Expedite Wife's Immigration Case Good Afternoon, I am reaching out concerning my wife, Esraa Alqasem's immigration case. My immigration attorney suggested that to speed up the process, I should establish contact with an official and explain the urgent situation. I am currently looking after our three children while my wife and our newborn baby remain in Jordan. Our baby, now 8 months old, holds US citizenship with a valid passport. It is crucial for our family to be reunited, allowing me to bond with my child and provide more support to my children already in daycare. I kindly request additional consideration to expedite my wife's application. The processing time has exceeded the typical timeframe, with no update after 20 days, while most interviews are typically scheduled within 5 to 10 days.
