My mother has Blue Shield of California insurance. She has a broken right foot and a broken left wrist and requires a caregiver, which should be covered by her insurance. The Orthopedic Doctor contacted Blue Shield of California yesterday to request a necessary caregiver, but after being given the runaround for so long, the doctor's office is reluctant to pursue it further. The doctor suggested getting the required paperwork for the caregiver and they would handle the submission to Blue Shield of California. I am currently looking after my mom and four dogs alone. I have the flu and it is overwhelming to manage everything by myself. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am currently abroad and am experiencing difficulties canceling my Blue Shield of California account. Despite informing them of my situation and cancellation request in March with my member ID, I am now unable to reach them due to my current Philippine phone service. There is an outstanding bill for April that I will not be paying since I am residing in the Philippines permanently. My details are as follows: Anthony Gore, Member ID XEO [redacted]52, Group ID X[redacted], enrolled in the Silver 70 Trio HMO plan. I need this plan canceled urgently.
