Hello, my name is Nancy Holland, and back in November, I hosted a Pure Romance party at my house. Katie Mae Couch/Woodward was the consultant for the party in Notice, NC. Most guests received their orders promptly, but a friend and I are still missing items. My friend ordered flirt perfume, which was on back order, and I am awaiting a vanilla bondage kit. Despite our efforts to reach out via phone and Facebook, Katie has not responded. We are frustrated by the lack of communication and the unfulfilled orders. To whom it may concern, I am writing in regards to a recent PR party I hosted on Oct 12, [redacted], with consultant Michaela Stacy from Elkton, MD (# [redacted]). At the party, 9 guests were present, with 2 of them having their orders supposedly "mailed" to them. Unfortunately, these 2 individuals, who are still waiting for their orders, have not received anything, including an order that amounted to approximately $95. Michaela Stacy claims she sent out the orders but has no tracking information to provide. She also mentioned that she even used her own money to resend the orders, alleging that they might have been stolen. Both customers reside in reputable areas, one on a farm, raising concerns about the missing deliveries. In addition, Michaela collected $40 for a raffle promising PR products, which was never conducted. She falsely claimed to have done a Facebook Live drawing, although the tickets used only had numbers and no names. I believe Michaela Stacy's behavior is unprofessional and discredits your company. It is crucial for my friends and your clients to receive their ordered products promptly. Thank you, Becky A.

I bought a bullet vibrator at a Pure Romance party in May for $99. I was assured it was top quality, waterproof, and had a long battery life. However, in the last few months, it has been malfunctioning and now it won't turn on at all. I feel like I was misled for the price I paid. I am unable to reach the representative who sold it to me. I would appreciate a replacement or a refund to resolve this issue.

I placed an order with my consultant on October 19th, and she mentioned on November 15th that she would have it by November 16th and send it out. It's now December 14th, and I haven't received the products or any communication from my consultant about the delay. I've already made the payment for my order. I tried calling the customer service number, but the recorded message said you were closed and would open at 9am. I called at 11:15 am with no luck. Needless to say, I am quite frustrated.

It has been a week, and despite contacting customer service twice, I am still waiting for a response within the promised 48 business hours. I opted for express shipping and I am disappointed that I have not received a tracking number or any updates yet. I am seeking an explanation for the delay in shipping my items.
