Problem report / further detail
I have a Samsung UN**F****AF that was sent in to Samsung back in November **** as the display*screen went black and you could not see the screen but you could still hear the channels. Upon Samsung receiving my TV they went ahead and replaced the parts needed to rectify the problem and shipped the TV back to me. The TV worked fine from the time I received it back until about June of **** so not even * years and I am having the same problem that I experienced back in November ****. I reached out again to Samsung in July **** and they advised they would open a ticket for me and that I would be responsible for the charges of this repair as it is no longer under warranty and the warranty for the replaced parts that were done less than * years ago was for only ** days. I feel that as I was instructed earlier in a phone conversation by a Samsung tech support representative that if the problem is in fact the same issue as already repaired once that they would replace the TV at no cost to me as it shows a probable manufacturer defect.
