In August I ordered the Note * and because of the high demand it wasn't going to be delivered for three weeks, so I bought it from my local T-mobile store and cancelled my order a week after initially ordering. I even received confirmation for my cancelled order. Several weeks later I received the phone I cancelled the order for and my account was charged. Ever since I've been trying to get a refund and send it back but I was told I had to wait for a prepaid postage label to be generated. After another few weeks i called and was told they are no longer processing labels because of the recall, but i was never notified. Long story short and many many calls and transfers later I finally got the shipping label and my tracking confirmation said it was received the first of November. After waiting a couple of weeks for the refund, I call and get transferred to a manager and she says it was never received. I went through every document I kept, and my problem was just finally resolved today after another few weeks of calls. I tried to talk to the manager from their e-commerce department (the one who fixed my issue) but she said there was nothing she could do for my inconvenient experience. She said only corporate could provide a service recovery, but she couldn't provide me with a contact number. Just send my info to them and I'll get contacted later. I just want to voice my experience and get compensated for my four months with close to one thousand dollars missing from my account. My experience was horrible, which is a shame because I use many Samsung products and plan to in the future. I like the products, not the service.
