I made a purchase on eBay using the "Buy Now" option. The seller mentioned I could delay payment at first. I transferred $44.00 and $10.00 from another account to my PayPal to cover the purchase. However, as the funds were still pending, PayPal used $18.00 from my available PayPal balance and withdrew the rest from the other connected account with the $44.00 and $10.00. What will happen to the $44.00 and $10.00 after the 12-day period ends?

I sold belts online and received a payment verification that turned out to be fraudulent. It seems legitimate with a PayPal email ID, but now I am missing $[redacted].95. I find it absurd that a reputable company like yours does not have measures in place to prevent such incidents. This situation leaves me unsure how I will cover my car payment and other responsibilities. I possess all the original emails, including the fraudulent one.

Hello, I received two transactions on my Payoneer account. Subsequently, I linked my Payoneer bank to Paypal but encountered difficulties. On the first day, I entered the wrong transaction details three times, resulting in my Payoneer bank being removed from Paypal. Despite this, I received a transaction on Payoneer. I attempted to link my accounts again but was unsuccessful. I apologize for my lack of understanding on the first day. Can someone please assist me with this issue? Thank you.

I encountered an issue where I was unable to finish my transaction and it mentioned confirming my account, which I did not do. I received a message stating that the action couldn't be completed. If I was in the process of purchasing something or sending money, they advised me to check both my PayPal account and email for a transaction confirmation after 30 minutes. If I arrived on this page from another site, they suggested going back to that site directly and restarting the transaction. In case I landed on this page from PayPal's site, they recommended clicking on the PayPal logo on the top left to return to the homepage and try the activity again. It may be necessary to log in once more.

I purchased 12 hours of tutoring from "Auburn Physics" but only used 1.5 hours. I paid $[redacted] and now seek a refund. The tutor, Pranay Nath, informed me there would be deductions after a certain period, which was not mentioned during the purchase. I no longer need tutoring as I have left school and now want a refund. I have reached out to the tutor who ceased communication, so I contacted PayPal in August, but have not received any updates. I set up a Paypal account without adding a credit card 6 years ago when I was new to online business. Recently, I created a new active account, but it somehow linked to my old one. I wish to close the old account and solely use my new one for transactions. Can someone assist me in closing the old account? I will share both account addresses after getting a response.

The buyer claimed the item was damaged and initiated a PayPal claim. Despite my willingness to cover repairs or issue a refund, the buyer ceased communication. This incident tarnished my flawless seller reputation, leading to the closure of my Ebay account and restriction from PayPal services. I believe I was unfairly treated and seek resolution to restore my credit and account privileges. I prefer a swift response to avoid legal actions. I am disappointed by the 7-21 day fund hold by PayPal and their refusal to release it despite discussions with their customer service. Notifying me in advance about why/how I use PayPal would have been appreciated, especially considering the growth of my account over the past year. The self-imposed hold is causing inconvenience for me and those I collaborate with. This issue needs to be addressed by PayPal promptly as it is hindering our work. The prolonged hold period is unreasonable and needs to be resolved soon.

Last August, I experienced credit card fraud which led to a negative balance on my PayPal account. Despite my bank refunding the money, PayPal was still showing a negative balance. I would like to have the credit card removed from my old account so that I can start using PayPal again without having to add funds to clear the negative balance.

I relocated to Luxembourg a year ago, which has been fortunate. I have kept my Canadian PayPal account active since I still manage banking affairs in Canada and use it occasionally. Yesterday morning at CET time, I received notifications at 5:00 AM that my bank account and email address had been removed from my PayPal account. By the time I noticed this at AM CET, I could not access my PayPal account since all my personal information had been deleted. I tried calling the support number provided on PayPal's website, but the Eastern Europe team couldn't assist me and directed me to call the local number in Canada. Unfortunately, support wasn't available until 9:00 AM PST, so I had to wait until after work to contact them. I called around 4:00 PM CET, and after confirming the changes, I was transferred to the security team. Faced with a more than 2-hour hold time, I chose to request a callback. Despite waiting until 9:00 PM CET, I never received a call back. I am now uncertain about the next steps. I am extremely worried about my account's security being compromised, and it seems like PayPal isn't prioritizing this matter, given that I followed the protocol but haven't received a response. I have withdrawn all funds from bank accounts linked to PayPal and placed a hold on my credit card, but these are temporary measures. What I need urgently is: 1) Regain access to my PayPal account 2) Obtain details of any transactions made since yesterday 3) Learn how my account was breached. My account was previously associated with the email [redacted] and the phone number --.

I attempted to book a hotel room using PayPal. However, the lady who helped me entered the wrong address, resulting in my PayPal account being frozen. Following instructions from PayPal security, I sent copies of my driver's license, utility bill, and check stub two weeks ago. When I followed up, I was informed that they couldn't find my documents. Despite requesting to speak to a supervisor, the call was abruptly terminated. I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue.

I am in need of PayPal to release my funds promptly once received from eBay. Currently, there is a delay of over a week in clearing my payments, even after providing tracking information. This delay is negatively impacting my business and reputation on eBay. Having quicker access to funds will enable me to expedite shipping processes. I am requesting the removal of the limitations on my PayPal account as it is in good standing and associated with a legitimate business. These restrictions are significantly hindering my business operations. I am hopeful that this matter can be resolved promptly.

My PayPal account has been restricted for almost a year now despite my numerous efforts to remove the restriction. PayPal keeps requesting additional information, such as passport details and address verification, to confirm my identity. Despite providing this information, each time it gets rejected without any explanation. I have a balance of over £[redacted] in the account, and it is crucial for me to have this restriction lifted as it is preventing me from withdrawing my funds. PayPal seems to be ignoring all my emails and messages.

I have been receiving invoices from a company called SMS BEAUTIFULSKINAPP at [redacted] in CA. I previously informed them that I did not wish to purchase their product again, yet they have billed me for another bottle that I never received nor do I intend to keep. My attempts to reach them by phone have been unsuccessful as they never pick up. How can I prevent them from continuing to charge me for an item I have clearly declined to purchase?

I was expecting to receive $31.25 from Ibotta. I received an email from PayPal confirming the payment, but it hasn't shown up in my account yet. PayPal prompted me to confirm the transaction within 21 days, but I have been unable to do so due to an error message. The money is not even displayed as on hold in my transaction history. When I contacted customer support, they were unable to locate the funds and couldn't offer assistance.

I have noticed unauthorized charges on my credit card from Paypal. The charges include 1) a USD1.00 internet purchase at Paypal, 2) a EUR190.00 internet purchase at Paypal *ZALANDO, and 3) a BND360.46 internet purchase at Paypal *MD SPA. These charges were successfully processed on my card ending with [redacted]. I have set up automatic notifications on my mobile for whenever my card is used, and I received one on February 1, [redacted], at 4:33 am (Brunei Time) for these transactions. I do not use Paypal, so I need assistance in resolving this issue.

I purchased a tv box from Icoolgadgets.com, but it was delivered later than expected. When it arrived, I declined the delivery and sent it back. I have been in touch with Icoolgadgets via email through paypal. Ken Wong mentioned that the address used for the return did not match, even though I did not fill out any address label. I sent it back to the original destination and it was confirmed to have been received there on April 23. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]41. I have requested a refund to my paypal account multiple times. Despite leaving a message on the phone number provided by Ken Wong, I have not received a callback. I do not have the product as it has been returned. I appreciate your assistance in getting my refund. Thank you.

I recently placed an order with Prime Choice for Brakes and Pads for my [redacted] Lincoln Town Car, Signature Series. Unfortunately, they sent me the wrong parts, which I had to return. The shipping fees amounted to $[redacted], and although they acknowledge the error and are refunding me for the parts, they refuse to cover the return shipping costs. When I requested a copy of my original order, they mentioned that I should have received it at the time of purchase but I never did. They claim I ordered parts for a Jeep, which I find hard to believe. I rely on Social Security so managing my finances is crucial. Recently, I noticed two consecutive unauthorized charges on my bank account. Despite PayPal identifying the origin and stopping payment on the account, the charges still went through and left me overdrawn. I acted swiftly, alerting my bank about the fraud immediately. However, a day later, I remain in the negative. The transactions were pending for 18 hours, giving ample time in today's fast payment environment for PayPal to communicate with my bank. I find myself in a tough spot financially with a week until my next check. It is essential that I receive a refund promptly.
