i have an order for mobile tickets that are stuck with a message that says "Status: ** Tickets - Listing will be removed soon" it has been stuck like this all day. the tickets are not available for purchase on the tm site but i need to be able to transfer them and i have no options to do anything. the tm app has * of the * tickets grayed out so no action can be taken on them. the *rd ticket shows the option to list for resale or transfer however when that is attempted it says i have been sent an email to confirm action. the link in the email goes to a blank page so it is useless too.
