Problem report / further detail
The item should have arrived at but it's still showing it's in transit. The package is being held at customs because it didn't have the Tracking Number Label in it and they don't recognize the package because it's still hasn't been delivered according to USPS web page. If we look at that tracking number it's still in transit. We need this package to show it was delivered!! Please help us with that!
