Our bill has been an extreme balance, but because it seems impossible to have a separate account LIKE WE USED TO that has been in small business account. I'm not the account owner and the girl that was she pretty much finally got their part separated. Me I can't freaking log past security to even view the bill. Oh sure I can view my personal data, etc..... But that doesn't help when I'm trying to pay our part. Ive tried talking to some Verizon people, u never ever get the same person, so you have to explain exactly what I'm writing now and hope they understand and I can understand them as American and hope that you don't get cut off only to call back and talk to someone totally different and they all give different solutions. Now that being said, my phone, when I needed it the most at ***a.m. was useless... I couldn't call or text or find on map her location. I was in a lil bitty town that nothing stays open past ** and the nearest town is **-** miles bc you have to find a open public place to use a phone, cuz when is the last time you saw a phone booth? The thing about it too, is I had been on my phone prior ... Then all of a sudden I get a txt saying to hurry, and I can't get back in touch with her nc I have no service.... Tried to call it redirected me to financial operator, WHAT???? I had just paid over have that was due and was not going to pay full price when I can't even see the bill. My daughters phone works fine but I'm tired and I'm ready for this to be corrected and matters fixed asap, thank you
