Problem report / further detail
When I go to Virgin Mobile site and use "Swap Phone" feature, I enter the MEID for my new IPhone. This number is correct, but the site will not accept it -- says there is an error, but does not give specifics on what the error is.

Tried messaging Virgin Mobile through their Facebook page to see if Customer Care would respond
Was equipped with the following information
Phone number, Account ID, Phone number on the account, First name, Home address, PIN on the account, Billing address, Email, Last name
Reported back to GetHuman as fixed
Fixed, on December 10th, 2017
