Problem report / further detail
I left my phone on last night during a facebook call. I charged my phone and waited for it to load up, but it won't get past the logo screen. The LED light goes on, but it goes black. I tried to use the power * volume buttons to resolve the problem, but it keeps giving me the black screen afterwards even after trying a factory reset. How can I get it fixed at this point?
