I am currently working on a thesis about Yahoo and I am trying to gather information about an online city they used to offer on a CD many years ago. It was hosted by conjoined twins named Ralph and Lou who sang a catchy intro song. I remember the lyrics "two heads are better than one, half a body's better than none it's true..." I am looking to find out the name of the city or CD and any additional details about it. I have searched online but with no luck. If anyone has more information or knows where I can find details about this, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

My email was hacked by someone overseas. They claimed to have a credit card with funds and then I received another email regarding fraudulent activity. When I visited Yahoo's website, I saw a warning about such incidents. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter. I would like a follow-up through email once it has been addressed.

I am Alieu Swaray, the co-chairman of the Board of Directors at FELMAUSA, a registered 501c3 organization in the United States. Our bi-annual election was held on the 6th of September [redacted] in Dallas, Texas, and we recently inducted new officers in Phoenix, Arizona. It has come to our attention that former agents who initially set up our LISTSERV may have taken it over due to discontent with the election outcome. They no longer represent our organization. I am officially requesting the full credentials of the FELMAUSA LISTSERV from you. If these agents have contacted you, please ask them to choose a different name as FELMAUSA belongs to our group, the Federation of Mandingo Associations in the United States of America (FELMAUSA), a 501c3 nonprofit. You can contact me at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] Thank you.

I am the owner of Spare Time Lanes in Mayfield, KY. When people search for a bowling alley in Mayfield, my personal information shows up. I have been struggling to get help with this issue. Due to this, my account [redacted] was hacked, with numerous hits since October 11. My business also got hacked while I tried to resolve this. It has been very costly. I am concerned about my cell number being posted without my permission on the internet. I have received only automated responses to my letters. Is this the standard procedure for you? I request that my cell number be removed without having to pay Yext or anyone else. Thank you and I hope you have a blessed day. Glenn Wyatt

Hello, I require assistance. My email was set up while I was overseas, and it includes a phone number for security purposes that I no longer have access to. Although I can log into my account, I cannot view my emails due to a security prompt. This email is critical as it is linked to my Apple ID, Xbox Live account, and other services. I have contacted multiple sources for help without success. The next step recommended is to reach out to Yahoo support for assistance as I need to transfer my Xbox Live account to Xbox One. Resetting the password is challenging as the verification code is sent to this Yahoo email address. I would greatly appreciate any support with this matter.

I am encountering two issues with my account [redacted] Firstly, Yahoo does not allow me to change my password. Despite following all the necessary steps multiple times, I keep receiving an "incorrect code" message when I attempt to input the verification code. Secondly, this account is linked to my Microsoft account. Since I rarely use this email and had sold the laptop it was connected to, only to later retrieve it, I am now unable to access it as I seem to be the sole administrator. I require guidance on how to unlink these accounts or access this email in an alternate manner.

I have been attempting to regain access to my account for over a month now. The issue arose when I got a new phone and number, preventing me from logging in as my old number is linked to the account. Unfortunately, the recovery process only offers the option of sending a text or making a call to the old number. Despite sending multiple emails seeking assistance, I have not received any response or a viable solution. I have been using this email for almost ten years, and the lack of effective support is incredibly frustrating.

Recently, my Yahoo email account has had difficulty receiving emails on Outlook [redacted], particularly those with attachments larger than 0.5MB. An error message (0x800CCC0F) states, "The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP)." My ISP recommended increasing my internet speed, but this comes at a higher cost. I seek advice on adjusting Yahoo email settings to address this issue, considering the slow internet speed. Any guidance on resolving this would be appreciated.

I am having trouble resetting my Yahoo password online and keep receiving the same message prompting me to contact Yahoo Customer Care for assistance. Additionally, I attempted to call the number 1-[redacted] listed as Yahoo customer support, but was asked to pay $[redacted] to regain access to my account due to a security breach. I have cherished memories and photos in that account and facing financial constraints. When I questioned the charge, the lady I spoke to became rude and abruptly ended the call. The subsequent representative was unhelpful as well, suggesting I create a new account if I didn't want to pay. I urgently need help in accessing my account without incurring any charges.

For security assistance, please reach out to Yahoo Customer Care to assist you with resetting your password. If you were using an alias or profile name, it's suggested to try logging in with the associated Yahoo ID. If the issue persists, contact Customer Care for password reset support. Despite taking the necessary steps, you keep encountering the same message. Additionally, be cautious of a certain phone number, 1-[redacted], posing as Yahoo customer support. They attempted to charge $[redacted] for account access, citing a security breach that required payment for reactivation and added security. As a long-time user on a fixed income with sentimental photos stored, this situation is concerning. Upon questioning the reasoning for payment, they responded disrespectfully and abruptly hung up. Subsequent calls resulted in similar demands and a suggestion to create a new account if unwilling to pay. Seeking assistance to regain account access without any financial obligations is a pressing need.

My Yahoo account linked to Facebook was compromised 3 or 4 years ago. Initially, I wasn't concerned as it only stored Facebook emails. However, due to sending a recent confirmation to it, I now needed access. When attempting to recover it, the system mentioned an alternate email "c*****[redacted]" which I don't recall setting up. I am eager to regain access to my account and identify the mysterious email associated with it.

In [redacted], I set up my account as "[redacted]" I haven't used it in years, and now I can't access it. The password keeps showing as "incorrect." The recovery email I had linked to it is inaccessible now. I need to regain access to "[redacted]" to verify my Instagram account. Instagram recognized "[redacted]" as valid, so I know it's still active. I can't use my primary email for this Instagram as it's already linked to another account. I'm seeking assistance from Yahoo to regain access to "[redacted]"

I am having trouble accessing my Yahoo email account. Despite knowing my email address and password, I am being prompted for a code which I cannot receive due to a recent unwanted update on my Android phone. This has left the phone non-functional as I am unable to afford the required funds at the moment. I urgently need to access my email as I have potential job offers awaiting my response. The current situation is putting a strain on my relationship, and I fear my fiancée may end things if I cannot secure employment due to being locked out of my Yahoo account under these stringent conditions. I know my password and strongly believe I should not be subjected to any further security measures.

I recently discovered that my email was hacked. I was unable to log in from [redacted] and decided to return to playing Onigiri, an MMORPG. I attempted to purchase in-game currency (c) for $, though in my opinion, it's not worth it. The game prompted me to verify my email address. I had already verified it back in [redacted]. I stopped playing the game weeks later, and I should still be able to answer most of the security questions unless the hacker changed them. The alternate email associated with my account, [redacted], is no longer functional, despite the attempt to mask the name. I would greatly appreciate immediate assistance with this issue. Thank you.

I forgot my password as I typically use it on my always logged-in cell phone. Unfortunately, my phone broke today, and now I need to access my email account. They are asking for the answer to a secret question about where I met my spouse, but I don't remember setting up that question. I've had this account since [redacted] and I have never been married, so I cannot answer the spouse question. I'm worried I won't be able to log in again when I get a new phone and need to enter the password.

Today, I drafted an email on Yahoo and selected a contact/distribution list to send it to. When I checked the list to confirm the recipient's name, I noticed there were no names listed. It appears the names have vanished, even though I didn't delete anyone. The email addresses are still in my contacts. I only realized this when I typed the name individually in the "To" field. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any suggestions on how to rectify this situation would be appreciated.

It's been a while since I last used Yahoo, and now I need to track my flight ticket for immigration reasons. They're requesting phone number and an alternative email for verification, but the issue is that I haven't used that phone number in years, and my account was set up by my Dad's IT team 20 years ago, using his email as the alternative. Unfortunately, I can't reach him for the verification number. I'm unsure how to solve this problem. Assistance would be greatly appreciated!

I've been receiving emails from Yahoo, which have been going into my spam folder. The email claims my security information is not working and provides a link to fix it. I'm hesitant to click on the link in case it's a virus. I want to confirm if this email is legitimate and if I need to take action. If it hadn't gone to spam, I might have believed it more. Please advise on what steps I should take. Thank you, Paul.

I'm having trouble remembering the password to my Yahoo email address. The phone number it's trying to send a code to is an old one, and the alternative email addresses listed are also old and unfamiliar to me. I rely on this email for important communications. I've attempted my usual passwords without success. If there are no other options, I suppose I will have to locate Yahoo's support number and seek further assistance.
