I recently received a piece of mail from Ambetter of Arkansas addressed to Jennifer L Edmonds at my address. However, Jennifer does not reside here anymore as she moved out over a year ago. Her correct address is 73 Gapview Road, Conway, AR [redacted], not 75 Gapview Road as she has been providing to Ambetter. It seems she has been using my address falsely. I want to report this since she had enough time to update her mailing address with Ambetter.

I called yesterday and was on the phone for almost an hour with your car representative. I have a balance of $25.43 on my Visa rewards card but am unable to use it. The representative I spoke with informed me that, for an unknown reason, my account had been closed. I was told to contact the rewards department to have the card reactivated. Unfortunately, when I reached out to them, they stated that they do not have the authority to reactivate the card. I am in a tough spot as I need to pay my electric bill to avoid a power outage. How can I resolve this issue promptly?
