The connecting cords may have come off when carpet was cleaned *I keep restarting the receiver, it looks like it's going to work as in the past, I get the Att world circle and then it says "connect the audio output to dvi. Don't know what that means and then no signal and back again to the screen Att u verse tv is not available. Restart receiver. I've restarted about ** times, tried plugging and unplugging, and same message. *I tried to compare the cords to our other tv but the boxes are different *I'll be home tomorrow if u van call **********. Thanks
