Problem report / further detail
When I try to make a purchase in the App Store, I get a message saying PayPal is not supported on this device and that there was a billing issue with a previous purchase. It wouldnt allow me to do anything else. I changed my Apple ID and that solved it for awhile, but now the same message is back. I've tried several times to create a new Apple ID, but each time when I go to put the confirmation code in to complete creating the ID it states that there was an "unknown error." Resending the code doesn't help* the same thing happens to the new code. I contacted PayPal (which I wasn't even using with the new ID), and they can't provide any assistance as this is an Apple issue. This is frustrating because I can't update or download any new apps!
