Problem report / further detail
It took * days for someone to come out and determine that another department needed to do some work outside. After numerous phone calls to "helpful" agents, we are still without TV service.

Was equipped with the following information
Billing Address, Phone number, First name, Account PIN, Email, Last four of social security, Account ID
Reported back to GetHuman as fixed
