Problem report / further detail
I want to turn off Autopay on my account. But clicking on the "ON" hyperlink under the Autopay text just brings me back to the main account screen. I did just cancel my service and wanted to make the last payment myself, rather than wait for Autopay. Perhaps this is the reason that the Comcast online account won't take me to the proper page.
