I've been paying $*** every month to catch up and the bill I get in the mail doesn't match the amount on the web site. It's says my check bounced and I'm endanger of getting my power shut of. I'm not eligible for assistance and I have * children. I'm scared to death and anxiety and panic attacks that have sent me to the hospital. Plz I need help
