Problem report / further detail
I made a payment to my Verizon wireless account on July **, **** by credit card. I have proof from my statement that the payment was made. However Verizon says they have no record of it and the email address i was given to dispute it and send my proof, didn't work. Needless to say, this had been ongoing since July and now my account is a mess and I have been charged Late fees and my account has been showing past due because i refuse to pay anything more than the current months charges.
