Hello Support Team, I purchased a product on December 2, [redacted], for $[redacted].01. Initially, I attempted to pay with my VISA, but the transaction was declined. I then switched to my MASTERCARD to complete the purchase. The next day, I received a message on my landline from VISA regarding the transaction. However, I mistakenly authorized the VISA payment despite switching payment methods. As a result, I have been charged twice. Could you please refund the payment made with MASTERCARD at your earliest convenience? Additionally, the software I purchased is taking a long time to download, as it is only on day 2 of the process. Thank you, Margaret

After removing AVG Tune Up and AVG Driver Updater from my computer, I attempted to cancel my subscription but was unable to locate the option on my account. Through some online searching, I found the AVG contact information and unsubscribed instead. Despite putting a block on payment through my credit card, my bank informed me that two payments were still processed on January 16 after AVG changed the ID. I have tried reaching out to support for a refund, but as I had deleted all records online, including my subscription details and the payment ID emails, I am unable to provide that information. My bank's fraud department is now involved, and they will be contacting AVG to secure a refund for me.

I was charged for a service through automatic renewal that I no longer use and did not wish to be renewed. I was not provided with an option to cancel it. The charge was made to the card on file. I am seeking a refund of my money and cancellation of the service. In an email dated 2/12/[redacted], I have an order number [redacted]00; however, clicking the link in the email leads me to a webpage stating I have no active subscriptions. The charges totaled $68.89, and the last four digits of the credit card used are [redacted]. I am requesting a refund and to be removed from the auto-renewal system.

I came across a phone number on what seemed to be the AVG website. I called because the family sharing feature for the Tune-up program I purchased wasn't working. Members were receiving an error message about expired links, preventing access. After futile email attempts to AVG, I dialed the number on their site. Cheryl, who claimed to be from AVG, attributed the issue to someone using our IP address. She offered a remote fix for $[redacted], which I declined. Regardless, she proceeded to remotely adjust something on my computer to resolve the IP problem, taking hours. I need to converse with an actual AVG representative to address this matter.

My previous email had a typo where I mentioned "antibiotics" instead of "Antivirus." I wanted to clarify that. My name is Frank Hanzl. I noticed a charge on my account for an antivirus program that I haven't used in over 3 years. I canceled it back then since I was not satisfied with it. On April 12th, [redacted], you charged my card ending in [redacted] over a hundred dollars without my authorization. I kindly request a refund for this charge promptly. If not resolved, I will involve my credit card company to open a claim. Thank you, Frank Hanzl. [redacted].

I noticed an unauthorized charge of $99.90 on my bank account for an AVG renewal. I did not authorize this payment, and I request an immediate refund. Additionally, I would like to cancel any subscriptions with AVG. The constant prompts to subscribe to more services are not appreciated, as they slow down my computer and interfere with my experience. Please refund the money promptly and confirm when the transaction is completed. Thank you. - B. S. from [redacted] Station Drive, Harrison, AR [redacted]

I had an AVG anti-virus account in the past. I cancelled it a while ago, but I am still getting bombarded with pop-ups. I tried unsubscribing and removing the AVG icon, but the pop-ups persist. Customer service sent me an email link, but I lost access to my Gmail account and couldn't use it. Can you please stop sending me the pop-ups?
