During my trip to Italy on June 26, my luggage was lost at Rome Fiumicino airport. Despite filling out a baggage lost report (FCOTS10083) on the website, I had to continue my journey without it. Swissport contacted me on July 1 to say they found my baggage in Rome and it was sent to Bari airport on July 5. Unfortunately, Bari airport couldn't deliver it, so I had to make a trip there, losing a day of my vacation. I had to purchase essentials and clothes and would like to be reimbursed for these expenses. The process to file a claim isn't clear on the website. Here are my flight details for reference: Travel dates: June 26, [redacted] - July 17, [redacted] Itinerary #: [redacted][redacted] Confirmation #: 7SU7H2 (Air Transat) Booking ID: 2ZINTL Ticket #: [redacted][redacted] (Michele Antonio Marino)

Good evening, I would like to address some concerns regarding the completion of the declaration form for my luggage. The form seems unnecessary for my situation since I have not traveled to the United States. After filling out a Delayed Baggage form in Toronto's airport on July 12th, [redacted], my husband, Randhir M., and I were informed that our luggage would be sent from Barcelona to Toronto, then to our home in Trinidad and Tobago. This process made me wonder why my luggage is being sent to the United States when there are FedEx offices in Canada. My patience has worn thin due to the financial and emotional strain caused by the delay in receiving our belongings, and I urge Air Transat to expedite the delivery to Trinidad and Tobago. I have tried calling multiple numbers today without success, and I request a prompt response either by phone at 1 [redacted] or by email at [redacted] and [redacted] Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Best regards, Chrystal Ramcharan

I am in need of assistance regarding my missing blue mid-sized suitcase that did not arrive on my flight to YVR on October 3, [redacted]. I flew on flight number YVR TS772 from Montreal, arriving at 23:00. Despite filling out a lost baggage form, I did not receive a copy of the reference number. I want to ensure my details are correct: Michael J. A. [redacted] Gislason Avenue, Coquitlam, BC V3E 0C5. Phone: [redacted] (cell only) Due to my age and disability, I am unable to return to YVR so I requested the bag to be sent to my address. My partner, Micheline Dubois, booked the flight and her luggage arrived. My baggage tag details are: PNR: [redacted] [redacted] TS [redacted] Kindly reach out to me promptly as my lost bag contains essential items like my pain relief aid. Thank you for your help.
