Hello, I'm reaching out for assistance regarding my unsuccessful flight booking to Singapore from Kuala Lumpur on November 1st, [redacted]. I was supposed to have a round trip on November 11th and 14th, [redacted]. Despite receiving an email from AirAsia confirming my full refund, I have yet to receive it after waiting for over a month. I attempted to contact Ava without success, as my booking does not have an itinerary, making it challenging to reach customer service. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter promptly. Hello, My Bali flight was changed to Bangkok Don Mueang on February 6, [redacted] with reservation S5T57T, causing my flight to land at 7:05 p.m. Subsequently, my connecting flight to Sura Thani with reservation O54H4G, originally scheduled for 2:15 p.m., had to be rescheduled for the next day at 7:15 a.m. I incurred additional charges for this change and had to book a new hotel in Bangkok due to losing my non-refundable reservation in Sura Thani. These unplanned expenses were a result of your actions. I am seeking compensation for the inconveniences caused. I appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you. Bruno H.

AirAsia changed the flight time for my Denpasar to Bangkok leg, causing me to miss my connection to Vientiane. Despite rebooking an earlier flight, I now realize I may not have enough time to transit through Bali airport with just 1 hour 20 minutes. AirAsia's booking system won't allow me to rectify this issue, with instructions to contact the booking agent who in turn advises reaching out to the airline. I wish to revert to the original changed flight time and adjust the subsequent leg of my journey accordingly.

I recently booked 2 tickets from Ho Chi Minh City to Phuket and paid for one checked bag. However, when my traveling companion also needed to check a bag, we were charged $[redacted] for the extra bag, even though we only owed the regular charge for one additional checked bag. Despite language barriers with the staff, I tried to resolve the issue using a translator but ended up paying the excessive fee to avoid leaving the bag behind. The cost of the extra bag ended up being more than both our tickets combined, and I am hoping AirAsia can help rectify this situation as it seems to be a mistake that has left me significantly out of pocket.

Last summer, our AirAsia flight got cancelled, leading to us receiving a credit account for the ticket expenses. Despite not desiring credit, we sought a refund via AVA, the AirAsia virtual assistant. The following day, the credit balance vanished, but the money wasn't refunded to our credit card. We are now unsure of the whereabouts of the credit balance.

Hi there, I require immediate help regarding altering a flight booking with Air Asia. The online chat bot from Air Asia has not been useful in resolving my issue. I must change the date of a flight with booking reference FCQ79B. The Air Asia chat bot suggested I contact Lastminute.com since I booked through them. Hello, I made a flight reservation for two people from Bangkok to Danang for 08/02/23 and 17/02/23. However, my card encountered an issue during the first payment attempt, which was cancelled. I tried again and the second payment was successful. Unfortunately, both payments went through, resulting in a duplicate reservation and a loss of $[redacted].03. Air Asia is not allowing me to contest or explain the situation. If anyone can assist, the reservation numbers are O2KC6P and PBJMGE. Thank you for your help.

My issue remains unresolved. I had reported the double booking problem before my departure date, but AirAsia's customer support asked me to submit a new case via Ava after my flight had departed. However, Ava was unable to assist me with a new submission. The previous case number was [redacted]42, which is now closed. I would appreciate your assistance with this matter. Thank you.

Booking Number: DBJTQR I recently booked a ticket with AirAsia and received an email confirming the booking. However, I have not received the Airpaz code (101XXXXXXX) or the e-ticket yet. I am unsure if the ticket has been issued. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter: 1) Please confirm if the ticket has been issued. 2) If so, please email me the e-ticket. 3) If not, please provide an estimated timeframe for when I can expect to receive the e-ticket. Good evening AirAsia, I need your attention regarding my concerns. I booked a ticket online via AirAsia for a flight on January 1st from Manila to Zamboanga. We would like to add baggage, but the AirAsia office said we couldn't and it had to be done online. We have tried multiple times online, but it keeps loading and we can't book. The AirAsia office mentioned we have 80 kilos booked that we need to pay for, but we can't see it to make the payment. The AirAsia online system is just loading. We urgently need a reply.

I recently traveled from [redacted] to Delhi on December 31, [redacted]. I had booked a flight for 9.00 AM which included a meal. My booking confirmation mentioned a meal platter. However, upon boarding the AirAsia flight, I discovered that the meal options available were different. The cabin crew served me a sandwich that cost inr [redacted], while I had paid for a platter inr [redacted]. When I raised this issue with the air hostess, she responded aggressively. The situation escalated when she insisted I pay for a coffee, despite it being listed as complimentary in the booking. I reluctantly paid for the coffee using my Mastercard. I am disappointed with the service provided by AirAsia and not the individual air hostess. I believe the airline's booking portal needs improvement to avoid such discrepancies. It was a frustrating experience to pay for a meal worth inr [redacted] and receive one worth inr [redacted], with additional charges for coffee. I demand a written apology from AirAsia for the inconvenience caused. This incident reflects poorly on their customer service and I plan to share my experience on social media to raise awareness.

To Air Asia, I am writing about the flight details below: Air Asia AK [redacted] Kuala Lumpur to Phu Quoc December 18, [redacted] 12:50 to 13:35 4 passengers: Ticket number X576NJ-- Serene Chin Ju Oi with 20 kg, Rachel Wen Xiu Tan Joel Wen Rui Tan Ticket number NURTNL-- Harsen Tan with 20 kg, On December 18, [redacted], my family and I arrived at KLIA three hours prior to the 12:50 flight, only to find out that the flight had departed at 8 am. Despite being informed that an email was sent regarding the time change, both Harsen Tan and I (Serene Chin) did not receive the email. This led to two days of stressful situations, including an unexpected overnight stay at KLIA, expensive flights with a 6-hour delay for a connecting flight, and missing a night's hotel stay and part of our trip in Phu Quoc. I kindly request the following in writing: 1. Confirmation of the flight time change. 2. Proof that the emails were sent. 3. If not, acknowledgment of Air Asia's oversight. The sudden flight rescheduling has resulted in significant additional expenses, stress, and missed vacation time. I booked my flights from Melbourne, Australia, to Bangkok through trip.com. The domestic leg from Cairns to Melbourne and back was with Jetstar. I managed to change my Jetstar dates by calling them directly. However, reaching AirAsia, booked through trip.com, has been impossible. Trip.com informed me they couldn't assist, leaving me to deal directly with AirAsia. So far, contacting AirAsia has been frustrating as their customer service seems inadequate. I'm extremely dissatisfied as I've lost $1,[redacted] on return flights due to this issue. Never before have I encountered such poor customer service in my travels around the world. This situation has left me very disappointed with the lack of support available. My advice is to be cautious of booking with this airline and consider alternative options.

Subject: Assistance Needed for Split Booking Greetings Asia Customer Support Centre, I am Mr That Tu Ton and I previously made a booking for 4 passengers with the booking number F86FJN. The flight details included a journey from KUALA LUMPUR International Airport to Kingsford Smith Airport in Sydney on Flight D7 [redacted] departing on 06/Apr/[redacted]. On 23/Jan/[redacted], I split the original booking into two separate ones. Passengers 1 and 2 remain under the original booking, but Passengers 3 and 4 were moved to a new booking that I unfortunately did not save the details for. This new booking also did not have my email address, hence I have not received the etickets for Passengers 3 and 4. Dear Sir/Madam, I have booked an AirAsia flight through Expedia for February 24, [redacted], returning on February 28, [redacted], for 2 adults, 1 child, and 1 infant from Singapore to Penang and back. The flight number is LVD7NL. Unfortunately, I cannot travel due to my grandmother's critical illness, and our family needs to be with her during this difficult time. I am aware of the limitations on changing or cancelling low-cost flights through Expedia but believe AirAsia may allow changes. Given the circumstances, a refund would greatly assist my family now. Please assist me. Yesterday, I received an email from Air Asia regarding a refund that made me very happy. I filled out the form to request a refund, thinking it would be for the full amount, but I later realized it was only for 0.50%. I made a mistake and would like to cancel my request. I do not accept only a 0.50% refund. I would prefer a voucher instead. Please reject my submission and help me cancel the form. Thank you for your assistance.

I made a booking on Air Asia for a flight from Bangkok to Chiang Rai, but the departing airport, Bangkok Don Mueang, is not the one I wanted since my flight from Paris (Air France) arrives at the other Bangkok airport 45 km away (Suvarnabhumi airport). Considering my arrival time at CDG-Bangkok (8:15), there's no chance to make it to the flight I booked at 11:20 from the other airport. I would like to either cancel this flight or, if possible, change it to a flight with Air Asia from Suvarnabhumi airport. Thank you for your attention to my request. Have a great day. Best regards.
