Hello, I am writing to address the issue with my recent order from KEMIMOTO, with the following details: Order ID: [redacted][redacted] Order time: 09:09 Aug. 14 [redacted] It appears that my parcel was returned to the warehouse in Sweden due to a delivery failure, although I was never informed that the goods had arrived in Sweden. Despite multiple communications with KEMIMOTO, I have not received the ordered items. While the seller has agreed to resend the order, it has been two months without any update. At this point, I am requesting a refund of $81.39 as I have been unable to connect with AliExpress for assistance. The records indicating delivery are inaccurate, as I have not received anything. Hello, I ordered a P50 Pro 512GB smartphone in Gold from AliExpress. When it arrived, I noticed that the smartphone was defective and couldn't hold my SIM card. I sent it to OPBC GmbH at Oststr 6-10, [redacted] Mettmann, Germany for a replacement, but I haven't received a response from them. I used PayPal for payment and expect to receive the items I paid for. I also have not received the retro console I ordered in February. I'm still waiting for both items and hope for a resolution soon. It seems the seller is not responsive to my concerns. I hope to get the purchased items promptly to avoid any further inconvenience. Order Number: [redacted] Hello, I am reaching out regarding my order mentioned above and needed your assistance as the seller is uncooperative. Since it has been more than 15 days, I am unable to open a dispute. In my opinion, 15 days is too short for mobile phone purchases. The phone worked for approximately 15 to 20 days before suddenly turning off and not powering back on. I have contacted the seller, provided videos and photos of the issue, but they are not cooperating. The phone has a 6-month warranty, but I am reluctant to return it due to the seller's behavior. I am open to a partial refund to resolve this matter. I find this conduct unacceptable. Is it possible that AliExpress cannot intervene? Thank you.

I placed an order containing various items, but I am unable to track two specific products. Order ID: [redacted][redacted] – I ordered taekwondo shoes, expected to arrive in the destination country by August 29. However, despite receiving a shipping confirmation, it cannot be tracked, and I have yet to receive it. The delay caused my son to miss the opportunity to advance to 2nd Dan in taekwondo. Hello, the seller (DropShipping Minzhe WHNB Store) is unresponsive. I require a prepaid return label as the shoes (order ID: [redacted][redacted]) received do not match the description and arrived in poor condition (very wrinkled). I have tried contacting the seller multiple times, but they have not replied. I have screenshots of our entire conversation. Please assist me in receiving a prepaid label so I can return the shoes. I recently purchased what I believed to be shoes, but they turned out to be slippers. I initiated a dispute for a refund without returning the item, but the seller insisted on the return. I complied and sent back the item. The tracking number confirms delivery, yet I have not received my refund. Customer service representatives have given conflicting reasons for the issue. The latest explanation being that there was an issue with the quantity of the return. I find it hard to believe that there could be a problem with a pair of shoes. While I may not have uploaded the tracking number, an agent reassured me that no further action was needed. The seller claims they cannot see the parcels returned, and the platform waits for confirmation from the seller. This blame-shifting has left me without a refund or the item. I am having issues with my order from AliExpress and need some guidance on how to proceed. My order number is [redacted] with package information LP[redacted]64SG. I requested a refund due to the package not arriving, and the seller had provided me with different tracking numbers. After submitting the refund request, AliExpress staff gave me another tracking number and said the order would be dispatched in 3 days. However, it's been 2 weeks, and there has been no update from the seller or delivery. Additionally, I am unable to sign in to my AliExpress account, and the support team has given me a deadline to respond, mentioning that if no valid evidence is provided, they would release the payment to the seller or proceed with a refund based on the seller's suggestion. This situation is frustrating, and I would appreciate some assistance.

I purchased trays back on August 26 in the Netherlands. I've reached out to the seller multiple times without a response regarding the whereabouts of my package. PostNL informed me that my package is at customs, and an investigation was initiated last week promising a response within 7 working days. As of today, I have not received any update. PostNL stated that the package was returned to the seller on September 4 with no communication from the seller. My previous experience with this seller was also challenging, but I still want to receive and multiple trays. The lack of communication has caused me to lose customers. I'm unsure why I wasn't informed that the package was returned.

Order number: [redacted][redacted]. I made a payment for an item but then decided to cancel my order immediately to purchase two items later. I have been requesting the seller to accept my cancellation for three days to no avail. Despite their responses, they have been avoiding taking action. Now, the order has been shipped, and the seller claims they tried to stop it. They failed to do so as they were not cooperating with my cancellation request before the item was shipped. The seller is now unresponsive. I have the conversation to share with you. Thank you for your assistance. Aliexpress should provide a safer platform for buyers to cancel orders without seller interference. I no longer want the item and find it unfair to wait six months for shipping and return due to seller's lack of cooperation. Your help is appreciated. Thank you for your attention.

I purchased three packages from different stores some time ago. I was informed via email that my packages had been combined into one. However, upon picking it up, only one of the three parts was present. I have verified with my post office, and there are no additional packages for me. Despite receiving emails confirming delivery and checking the website for confirmation, two of my packages are missing.

I purchased a multimedia module for my car from Aliexpress on July 16, [redacted]. However, I have yet to receive the package as of today. The tracking information indicates that the package is with customs, but customs claims they have no record of it. Aliexpress is now looking to close my dispute and deny me a refund. I am not at fault for the package going missing either in transit or at customs. How can they expect me to take responsibility for this situation?

I came across an item that was advertised online, but when I clicked the link, the details had changed. I was interested in buying the "Household Shoe cabinet door storage shoe rack multi-layer simple economic type rack solid wood dormitory dustproof" listed for $71.72 with free delivery. However, upon clicking on the item to make a purchase, I discovered it was a smaller version and there were shipping charges. I am disappointed by this bait and switch tactic as this item fits my needs perfectly.

I am facing issues with the local delivery service branch, Client Service Express, in my city, Nizhny Novgorod. They consistently delay packages, which can sit in their warehouse for 7 to 14 days (even though shipments from China to Russia arrive faster). I have contacted their customer support and wrote emails to their office in Moscow. Ultimately, I was unable to receive my latest package, CNL[redacted], as the courier intentionally damaged the parcel locker and placed the package in a way that the compartment door wouldn't open. I believe the delivery office employees are retaliating against me for my inquiries. I kindly request assistance in receiving my packages without unnecessary complications and in a timely manner, or consider working with a different delivery service, as I am not the only customer experiencing delivery delays due to the Nizhny Novgorod office. The parcel I received via Fedex contained the wrong item - a speaker instead of the Logic Board. I have provided evidence, including unboxing videos, to AliExpress Judgment. Initially, a refund was proposed, but after the seller uploaded a photo with Chinese text, the decision was changed. I believe this decision is unfair as I have provided all the necessary evidence. I bought a piano keyboard on Aliexpress (order [redacted][redacted]) that was defective and did not have the advertised features. Aliexpress instructed me to return it for a refund and provided a return label. Following their guidance, I packed the item, attached the label, and dropped it off at the Runner Express collection point. The tracking number AE[redacted][redacted] was automatically updated on my dispute. After several weeks with no tracking updates, Aliexpress asked for additional evidence to support my claim. Since I had already returned the item, I couldn't provide more evidence. Aliexpress then denied my refund and I have been unable to reach their customer service since.

I am experiencing an issue with my account. Every time I attempt to sign in, I receive a message stating that there has been unusual activity on my account, resulting in a temporary lock for security purposes. I followed the verification process, completed the robot validation, and opted for email verification to receive a code. Unfortunately, I have not received the code within the recommended time frame, even after attempting to generate a new one after 15 minutes. The system now prompts me to try again the next day for several consecutive days. I have checked my spam folder and ensured that my email account is not full or blocking any messages. In May of this year, I placed an order for a lamp on Aliexpress from the Honesty Light Store (Order No. [redacted][redacted]). Despite initially being told the order was canceled, I was later assured it would still be delivered. However, a month has passed, and the lamp has not arrived, though my account was charged $[redacted]. I have not received responses to my emails for a week.
