Hello, I reached out to a seller regarding a wrongly sent item, and after providing proof photos, the seller agreed to replace the incorrect product. However, after the 15-day window to open a dispute, the seller stopped communicating with me and is no longer responding to my emails. It has been over 3 months, and I have yet to receive the replacement item. Despite numerous attempts to contact the seller, I have had no success. I have documentation such as photos and emails related to the issue. Can you please assist me in resolving this matter?

I have encountered some issues with my order id:[redacted][redacted] regarding three different items. AliExpress approved refunds for two of the disputed items, and I agreed to them. However, I am still awaiting the refunds. I want to ensure I receive the refunds I accepted either from the seller or AliExpress. Can you please provide me with a timeline for when I can expect to be refunded for these two items? I accepted the refunds for the two items deemed valid by AliExpress, but the refund has not been processed yet. The other item in the dispute I did not agree with, so my concern is specifically for the two approved refunds. I appreciate your help as the order I received was completely different from what I had ordered, and getting a refund for at least two items would be satisfactory for me.

I need help with my recent order on AliExpress from the READXT Auto Parts Store. The delivery status of my items is showing as "Finished" even though the delivery is not complete. The seller claims they have already delivered the goods, but I believe the order is still on its way to Korea. Can this issue be corrected so I can receive the item I ordered? I am seeking assistance due to a frustrating experience with a seller who has not delivered my order despite four months passing since I placed it. The seller's customer service has not been helpful, and my dispute was rejected as they claim the order is in transit. Even after waiting an additional two months, I have not received the items. My attempt to contact the seller has been unproductive as they redirected me to local postal services confirming the parcel never entered the EU. I implore you to address this matter as my dispute was incorrectly marked as "Finished delivery" when in reality, I have not received anything. I purchased (2) microphone capsules on order #[redacted][redacted] from "Xiaopeng House Store" on February 13, [redacted], totaling $77.51. The seller shipped them without proper packaging, resulting in one missing and two damaged items. Despite providing pictures, the seller requested a video, which was posted online. After numerous interactions, the seller only offered a $10 refund, which is insufficient. Customer service representative "Chin" initially assured a full refund, only for the seller to claim the entire amount later on. Even after contacting representative "Alexi" and the seller multiple times, the issue persists, with the seller refusing a fair refund of $45.65 plus tax and return shipping costs of $20.09. The seller's vague apologies and delay tactics indicate a lack of intention to resolve the situation or uphold honest business practices.

Recently, I bought 3 packs of fish face masks in various colors from one seller and other items from different sellers. They combined everything into one package, including about 12 orders. Unfortunately, the face masks were missing from the delivery that is marked as completed. Despite my efforts with the seller and filing disputes, I was unable to resolve the issue. I was informed that the refund would not be issued unless I contact the company responsible for combining the orders, which I have no information about. The package has been discarded, and I am distressed as I relied on those masks. As someone on disability, I cannot afford to purchase them again. This experience has left me disheartened, and I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter.

I purchased a Xiaomi Redmi 10 64GB/128GB smartphone in November [redacted], but I have yet to receive it. The package tracking status changed on 2nd December to entering the sorting center, and since then, there has been no update. I lodged a complaint with the Romanian Post, but they claim not to have received it. The phone was on offer for $[redacted], and I have requested a refund as I am yet to receive the item. I am dissatisfied with AliExpress's decision regarding my order. I initiated a dispute promptly following the guidelines on the website but have faced challenges in reaching AliExpress customer support. Despite sending multiple emails to various AliExpress addresses, I have not received a response. This was my first purchase on AliExpress, and it has left me with a negative experience. The item I received was faulty as it did not work when plugged in. I engaged with the seller, Haofang Outdoor Store, providing them with videos as proof of the defect. Despite my efforts, including trying a new charging cable, the seller refused a refund citing issues with viewing the evidence. I believe the seller should take responsibility for a defective product. I have also struggled to submit appeals on the "Refund and Return" page due to technical difficulties. I urge AliExpress to address my concerns promptly.

I placed an order with Elite Wheels last October for a pair of carbon wheels. The wheels arrived on December 31st, but unfortunately, the rear wheel has cracked internally, rendering it unusable. I believe the quality of the product is subpar as the issue persisted despite a replacement in January. When I tried to address the problem with the seller, they seemed indifferent and implied the wheels were in perfect condition. I request a refund without returning the entire set as the warranty does not cover the issue. I paid £[redacted] for the wheels, expecting better quality. Dear Sirs, I am writing to address a local parcel delivery issue in Kenya. Posta Kenya has been reliable, delivering parcels promptly within a week of arrival. However, since Aliexpress switched to SpeedAf for local delivery, there have been significant problems. SpeedAf has been handling deliveries poorly, leading to lost parcels, unresponsive contact lines, and delays of up to a month. The customer service experience with SpeedAf is unsatisfactory. I currently have a parcel that has been in the country for two months without being cleared. The order number is KE[redacted]22E. Reviews on Google Maps and social media highlight numerous complaints about undelivered and lost parcels. I urge Aliexpress to reconsider using Posta Kenya again for parcel delivery to avoid further issues, disputes, and undelivered orders that could impact your reputation negatively. Email: [redacted] I have been scammed by the seller, as they are unresponsive and have blocked me from contacting them. I ordered 11 seat covers which turned out to be too small and unusable. I contacted the seller for a refund, which they agreed to after receiving the seat covers back. However, it has been over a month, and I have not received my refund of $[redacted] Australian dollars. After making a payment on AliExpress, I was surprised to find my account temporarily locked, and I'm unsure why this happened. It seems others have faced a similar issue when switching devices, like from a laptop to a phone. I contacted customer service and was given a login ID using my order number. However, using this ID has not helped me regain access to my account. I'm worried about whether I can still receive my orders and how to successfully log in with the provided login ID.

Hello, I recently made a purchase on AliExpress from a seller for €52.00 but unfortunately, I never received the goods. Despite the seller claiming to have shipped them, the shipment was returned to them due to shipping conditions not being met. I reached out to the post office to confirm this as well. The seller refuses to refund me even after receiving the goods back. AliExpress closed my dispute without a resolution, insisting I contact the seller directly for a refund. I feel scammed as I paid for something I did not receive. I have now contacted Klarna providing proof of the return with tracking number: [redacted][redacted]. Hello, I have been waiting for the refund of two orders for a week now. I tried to purchase a product three times, but each time the order was closed for security reasons unknown to me. This is my first time ordering from AliExpress, and I am unable to complete any order, even when changing the product. I have been charged twice on my credit card for two out of the three orders (totaling around 60€) that I have been waiting to receive for a week. I have contacted customer support multiple times but have not received any response. I am waiting for the refund to place the order again, which will arrive in a month. I have encountered an issue with the product I ordered, which was supposed to be delivered to Germany through DHL from China. It seems that the seller is using a dropshipping method without directly handling the products. Despite agreeing to receive the products from Germany and making the payment, there has been a mistake in the delivery process. The product was sent to the wrong address and the wrong recipient, not to me, OMER ALTUNDAG in Kastamonu, Turkey, where the cargo was requested. This situation is concerning as the product was supposed to be shipped from Germany, not China, and should have been delivered to me in the correct location. As a result, I am requesting an immediate refund of the product price due to these issues.
