I bought a ticket for my daughter and had to cancel due to her grandmother's illness. I was surprised by the $[redacted] ticket refund resulting in only an $83 credit. I am disappointed as this fee seems high to me. My daughter and I tried calling customer service for over two hours twice, which is unacceptable. The flight confirmation is CCGQLP under Jenna Warner. Can you please provide a more generous credit or voucher so my daughter can rebook her flight in the near future when her grandmother is feeling better?

I need assistance fixing my car rental reservation (Alamo #[redacted]) for this Saturday, December 17th, at midnight at Phoenix-Mesa Airport (AZA). There seems to be an error in the system that set the rental and return location to my destination which is not correct. I actually need to return the minivan to FSD (Sioux Falls Airport) where my flight #[redacted] departs from on Friday night. The minivan needs to be returned to FSD by Tuesday, 12/20, at or before 6pm. My flight is on Allegiant, and since I am driving back, the rental and return locations need to match. I used Allegiant vouchers to pay for this booking, and unfortunately, Alamo is unable to assist me in correcting it. I would appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you.

Hello, I'm Lahari Surapaneni. A friend and I made a booking with Allegiant Airways for a flight on Dec 16th, and we now need to cancel due to my medical emergency of a broken leg. We've been trying to reach Allegiant for a week with daily two-hour holds, totaling at least two calls per day. Unfortunately, due to my recent injury, I couldn't handle this online in time to qualify for a full refund, which is disappointing since the trip totaled $[redacted]. I made a flight booking for December 8th to December 11th and later canceled it. However, there was a glitch with Allegiant where my credit was sent to an incorrect email address. My correct email is "[redacted]," but the credit was sent to "[redacted]" This mistake became apparent when I checked my email and saw no notification, prompting me to review the confirmation screenshot I took before canceling and spotting the error caused by the app.

I had to cancel my flights as I tested positive for Covid. Luckily, I have Trip Flex, although I haven't used it previously. I followed the Manage Flights instructions online successfully for my flight to FL, and the credit was processed. However, when I tried to cancel my return flight, it wouldn't provide a credit and indicated that I'd lose the amount paid. I would be thankful for any assistance with this issue. Our Mesa to Minot flight on Dec 15 got canceled, with Confirmation CCJ7PD. Despite being unsuccessful in booking another flight for several days due to sold-out flights, I thought I booked an Allegiant flight from Vegas to Minot over the phone, but couldn't find a record of it on the app. I then booked another flight through the app. I am looking for a refund for our canceled flights and the first booking, with a confirmation number CFCFQX. I'd also appreciate compensation for the disruption, stress, and waiting. Despite attempting to contact Allegiant multiple times a day for the past three days, I keep encountering "call failed" and "call ended" messages. It's frustrating dealing with such poor customer service.

On December 4, [redacted], my family, Ernest Jr and Janet Walker, booked a round trip flight to Las Vegas (Flight 49) with specific seats 19 A, B, C, and D. Despite booking these seats on October 26, [redacted], someone else was seated in them. We are requesting a refund for these specific seats. Additionally, during check-in for our return flight (Flight 52), we were unexpectedly charged $[redacted] for baggage. We only had one small carry-on each and were under the impression it would be free, as stated on our tickets for both outbound and return flights. When questioning the clerk about this, we were met with unprofessional behavior and charged anyways. We also attempted to explain the need for paper tickets due to name discrepancies but were dismissed. We would appreciate prompt resolution of these issues.

I have an Allegiant flight #[redacted] to Punta Gorda, FL scheduled to depart from McGhee Tyson Airport in Knoxville, TN at 12:27 PM on Saturday, December 24th, [redacted]. My itinerary # is CDZ6VB. I reside in Grimsley, TN, which is 92 miles away from the airport. It takes nearly 2 hours by car to reach there, and I need to arrive 2 hours before the flight. The weather forecast predicts a significant temperature drop due to an Arctic Blast to a low of 8 degrees on the morning of December 24th. As an 80-year-old, I rely on someone else to drive me. My flight number [redacted] got cancelled on February 28, [redacted]. I got a text from Paynuver offering $[redacted] for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, I mistakenly provided the wrong routing number and never received the payment. Despite receiving the flight refund, I'm still awaiting the $[redacted] to cover the additional expenses due to the cancellation.

I have not received any documentation or a confirmation number since booking my husband's and my flight to Idaho Falls in September. The credit card was charged $[redacted].00 for the two roundtrip tickets on 9/23/22 at the Allegiant ticket counter at John Wayne Airport in Orange County, CA. I am reaching out for assistance with my upcoming flight. There seems to be an issue with the name on my booking. The name "Kathy" was used instead of my legal name "Katherine," which is on my ID. I am concerned because my boarding pass needs to match my ID, and I have been unable to resolve it online. We have booked a flight for two from Chicago Midway to Asheville, NC departing at 8:03 AM on Friday. Our confirmation number is #C9LFHK. Allegiant has posted a travel alert for Winter Storm Elliott, but Chicago is not mentioned. Given the severe weather expected there, we would like to know if Allegiant plans to reschedule or cancel our flight.

My confirmation number is CBM4SB. I added checked bags and seat assignments for 11A and 11B, and my Allegiant Mastercard was charged $[redacted] for the add-ons. However, only the checked bags are showing on my boarding passes after checking in, not the correct seat assignments. The boarding passes still show 23A and 23B instead of the ones I paid for. Please correct the seat assignments for 11A and 11B that I paid for and send a confirmation with the new boarding passes.

Earlier this year, I had purchased 4 tickets for a round trip from Syracuse, NY to Sarasota, FL with Allegiant. Unfortunately, the flight was canceled the day before, and I expected a refund to my credit card. However, I later discovered that instead of a credit, I received 4 travel vouchers valid until December 31, [redacted]. I wasn't aware of these vouchers and would prefer a refund to my credit card, especially since I won't be using them until next year. The vouchers also restrict bookings beyond 12/31/22. Allegiant's policy states that they provide refunds for canceled flights, but I have been unable to reach them by phone despite numerous attempts over the past 2 weeks. The phone lines are always busy or have long wait times.

I missed my flight on Dec 17th due to a schedule change with AllegiantAir.com - Itinerary #C9CYQW. A manager assured me that they processed a refund for the canceled leg of my trip on that date. I recently canceled the first leg of a round trip and received a confirmation email for a partial refund. However, I have not received any further communication since. When I log into the website, it indicates that I have no upcoming trips, mentioning that locked flights may not be visible. Although I can access some information through the email I received, clicking on "manage your travel" leads me to the same page showing no upcoming trips. I attempted to enter the itinerary number, but it recognizes that there should be an upcoming flight visible, yet nothing is displayed. With the flight scheduled in 3 days, I am concerned about not being able to print my boarding pass.

I purchased a round trip ticket (Itinerary CC9GQ2) on 11/02 for $[redacted] traveling from 12/5 to 01/01. Due to the cancellation of my initial flight from Sanford to Concord on Christmas Day, I had to buy a $[redacted] one-way ticket to NC. Upon trying to check in for my return flight from Concord to Sanford on 01/01, I discovered my entire itinerary was canceled. Consequently, I had to buy another Allegiant ticket for $[redacted], essentially paying twice for the same trip. Although I appreciate the $[redacted] refund and $[redacted] voucher, I ended up spending an extra $[redacted] on replacement flights. This situation has caused me significant holiday disruption. I kindly request a refund of the original $[redacted] fare. I acknowledge the challenges with the Christmas storm but the cancellation of my return flight was entirely unacceptable.
