Dear Amazon, I recently purchased a "Damen Uhren, Damen Armbanduhren KUXIEN Ultra Dünne Unisex Analoge Quarz Armbanduhr, Edelstahl Kleid Quarzuhr, Einfache Casual Armbanduhr für Frauen M" from KUXIEN-Store, but I received two instead of one. I promptly returned the extra watch and received a confirmation email acknowledging the return. However, after checking my bank account, I realized that I was charged for both watches and have not received a refund for the extra item. Order number [redacted]: I received a GOOLOO Portable Car Jump Starter Phone Power Bank 15000mAh 600A Peak (12V 6.5L Gas/ 5.0L Diesel Engine) Car Battery Pack Booster Charger with LED [ASIN: B0778G73LQ] as a gift from my daughter, S. S. in November. After fully charging it, I stored it in its original box. The manufacturer claims the charge should last up to 12 months. I never used the device. The manufacturer suggests discharging and recharging it every 6 months. However, on May 9, [redacted], I found it empty when I took it out. As it is not functioning as specified, it is likely faulty, and I would like a refund. Please provide guidance on the correct refund procedure.

I recently signed up for a free trial of Amazon Prime. After trying it out, I decided to cancel it as the additional services were not something I needed. I successfully unsubscribed from Prime yesterday and received a confirmation that I wouldn't be charged on my credit card. However, to my surprise, I woke up this morning to a 49 Euros charge on my Amazon account, which was deducted from my account. This was unexpected as I had already cancelled Prime well before the trial period ended. I have the receipt and a screenshot of the message assuring no charges would occur. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly as I don't wish to pay for a service I had cancelled within the free trial period. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I placed an order for two furniture pieces on May 9th and received a confirmation email stating that the items would arrive on May 14th. However, I later received an email stating that my account access was removed due to unverified payment details. I am being asked to send in my bank statement, Amazon account details, and order number to verify my payment information. I am concerned because I believe I paid for the orders, possibly with my brother-in-law's bank account, and now I cannot access my Amazon account. Hello! I am concerned about the repeated fraudulent listings from the same seller using various names. This seller is promoting products with suspiciously low prices and instructing buyers to email them directly before placing an order. I reported this scam on 24th May after falling victim to a bank transfer scam of [redacted] Euros to "Bastel + Railway Depot." I am disappointed by Amazon's lack of action. I have alerted the Zentraler Kriminaldienst/Polizeiinspektion Cuxhaven and am considering legal action against if they do not assist in recovering the funds. It's worrying how these scammers operate unchecked despite multiple reports.

The request for a faxed credit card statement seems outdated in this day and age as faxes are rarely used, even in Bulgaria. I want to clarify that different delivery addresses may be due to the permanent address listed on the ID card, which can differ from the actual residence. I placed an order on April 13, [redacted], with multiple items to be delivered together. Unfortunately, the order was split into three deliveries against my preference. While two deliveries were successful, the third one containing the Hasbro Nerf A3901EU4 - N-Strike Elite Rapidstrike, Spielzeugblaster ($40.99), never reached the address I specified. I have double-checked, but it's clear it was never delivered. I'm disappointed as I rely on Amazon, but now I've had to make extra trips to confirm the non-delivery. It's too late to reorder, so I'm kindly asking for a refund specifically for this missing item.

I was informed that my sunglasses order was delivered to someone in my apartment building without any notification. I have been at home all day and didn't hear anything. It would be helpful if the delivery personnel could leave the name of the resident who accepted the package. I find the lack of information frustrating and the delivery service to be unhelpful and sometimes rude. Previously, we had a reliable delivery person who knew the residents well, but now it seems chaotic. With nine apartments in the building, it's impractical to check with each neighbor individually. I have ordered products to be delivered to various locations in Germany where my friends reside. I utilized the prime membership for faster delivery, intending to cancel it afterward. However, my account got blocked for suspicious activity due to ordering from Egypt to multiple German addresses. is requesting a billing statement, which I cannot obtain in Egypt. Despite my account being blocked since April [redacted], I noticed that is still charging me for prime fees, with the latest charge appearing yesterday. I would like to cancel my account with and receive a refund for the prime fees since my account has been inaccessible.

I have received positive feedback from my friends regarding shopping on Amazon, especially with the quick delivery as a Prime member. Excited by their experiences, I placed my first order on July 25th. Amazon notified me that some items would arrive the same evening. After some effort to find Amazon Germany's customer service number (not listed on, I called on July 26th. Despite my availability all day, they could not adjust the delivery time of 6pm-9pm. They could only say the package was "on the way" without location specifics. Amazon Germany apologized for the delay, extended my Prime membership by a month, but as a first-time Prime user on, the experience did not meet expectations and promises.

I reside in the UK and recently received three unordered packages from with order numbers [redacted]2, [redacted]52, and [redacted]52. The packages should contain fishing lures and hooks, but they actually include 24 pairs of socks from China. The items are addressed to me correctly, but I never placed these orders, and they do not show up in my order history. I received an email stating there was an issue with my payment information and they have put my orders on hold and locked my account. They are requesting verification by uploading a recent VISA statement with specific details to a secure portal. Unfortunately, I cannot access my account to do this as it is locked. I have tried contacting them via email but have not received a response yet. I need the items I ordered in 3 days, so I am worried about any potential delays this might cause.
