I purchased the Robertshaw [redacted]-[redacted] Uni-Kit Universal Electric Range Infinite Switch, Push To Turn, but unfortunately, it was the wrong part. I have reordered the correct part and returned the original part. However, my account does not reflect the returned item. I returned two items together - the switch and the Broan-NuTone [redacted] Ductless Range Hood Insert. The return for the range hood has been processed and shows up in my account as of 7/6/[redacted]. Still waiting for the return of the switch to be reflected.

I recently returned an order from HM Services for a Traditional Natural Cane wood Ancient Silambam stick on 24 June. My order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. The item cost [redacted] rupees but I was charged [redacted] by the delivery person. After contacting an Amazon representative, I was assured that [redacted] + [redacted] rupees would be refunded to my Amazon account. Although I made a purchase for a water bottle for my dog, I only see [redacted] rupees credited back to my account. I have been reaching out to Amazon, but have only received automated responses. I paid for the order using PhonePe, and can provide payment details if needed. Please investigate this matter and process the refund of the remaining [redacted] rupees I am owed. Thank you.

I recently made three purchases. Firstly, I ordered eyebrow setting gel set to arrive on July 12, [redacted]. There were address complications although the address is correct. Next, I purchased Nair which successfully arrived on July 13, [redacted] to the same address as the gel. Lastly, I ordered screen protectors due on July 14, [redacted]. However, there were address issues again. Despite contacting customer service, we couldn't resolve it, and I couldn't grant access for you to log in. For years, I've had two accounts linked on Amazon. Today, I had access to my account using only my wife's information. The new Samsung laptop we purchased from Amazon is extremely difficult to use. Our Amazon account and both Chase credit card accounts are in good standing. My wife has an excellent credit rating. Regarding the issue with the coffee order, I placed a large order for k-cups some time ago but now I am unwell and cannot consume coffee. I discovered that 4 boxes of coffee totaling $[redacted].87 are scheduled to arrive either Sunday or Monday. I kindly request that the coffee not be delivered, I should not be billed, and it should be removed from the subscribe and save option temporarily until I recover. I will reconsider the order once I am feeling better.

I found it extremely frustrating trying to cancel an order on Amazon shortly after placing it. The cancellation options on the website just led me in circles, and calling customer service didn't help as I couldn't speak to a real person. Even when I found a number to call, it didn't ring through. Now, they say I can't cancel because I didn't act sooner. This experience makes me reconsider my Amazon account. I had doubts about Amazon, and this has only added to my disappointment and frustration.

I need help as I have contacted Synchrony Bank twice to cancel an account I never used. Despite paying off the balance and requesting for the account to be closed, charges are appearing. This account was never selected as my preferred payment method, yet it was linked to my Amazon Prime account. I have rectified the payment method in Amazon. It is crucial for me, as I am in the process of buying a house, to have this account removed from my credit report promptly. The bank failed to close the account after my requests, impacting my credit score. I am seeking immediate removal from my credit history and confirmation of the closure of this account. I reside on 140th Ave. south of Foster Road in Portland, Oregon. The Amazon drivers who use this gravel road frequently drive at high speeds despite being asked to slow down multiple times. The posted speed limit is 10 miles per hour, but these drivers ignore it, causing damage to the road. If the speeding issue is not resolved, I will prohibit Amazon drivers from using this road, forcing them to park on Foster Road and deliver packages on foot. This situation is frustrating, as residents like myself bear the cost of maintaining this road. Despite my efforts to address this with Amazon representatives over the phone, the outsourced responses have not led to any concrete action. I specifically recall a recent driver who delivered a package to [redacted] SE. 140th Ave., Portland, OR [redacted] driving recklessly. I recently ordered several linen women's pants from Amazon, including beige, tan, black, and two pairs of white. I tried to return them because they didn't fit, but there was a mix-up with the labels. I returned the black pants today with the wrong label, and now the system shows that the black pants have already been returned. Upon delivery on 12th July'22, the outer box appeared undamaged, and my maid accepted the product. I am an esteemed customer of Amazon, Usha Rani. I have been purchasing items from Amazon for the past 7 to 8 years. Working at the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India, I ordered a Samsung washing machine on July 9, [redacted], with order number [redacted]-[redacted], paying Rs. 13,[redacted] through my ICICI Amazon credit card. The product arrived on July 12, and though the outer box seemed fine, the washing machine was defective upon inspection by the Samsung technician on July 16. Despite several attempts through Amazon and Samsung customer service, I am facing a challenge in getting a replacement due to the conflicting responsibilities of both companies. As a working woman residing alone in Delhi, I find it unreasonable to be caught in the middle without a solution. I returned an unopened laptop to Amazon because they made an error in my order. UPS picked up the package promptly on June 30th and it was returned on July 1st. I have a receipt from UPS as proof. Today is July 20th, but while UPS shows that the package was delivered, Amazon claims they are still waiting on it. A payment is due in two days, but I cannot make it since Amazon has not refunded me for the returned item yet. I mistakenly ordered SlimFast Creamy Milk Chocolate 14 shakes instead of the Original 34 shakes in Rich Chocolate Royale flavor. I have repurchased the correct item now. I recently received a light from China that I had purchased on sale. It arrived with screws loose in the box and was carelessly thrown by the FedEx delivery person from the truck to the end of my driveway. Living in a troubled area with drug activity, I was worried it could have been stolen if I hadn't been home. I inspected the light and found issues like mismatched edging and dirt marks, suspecting it might have been reused or damaged. I have taken pictures of the problems including fingerprints and dirt on the LEDs. Due to my health condition as a cancer patient, I'm unable to return the item myself. The seller asked for $7 to ship a replacement, but I believe I should receive a new light without added costs based on Amazon's customer satisfaction policies. I require immediate assistance to resolve this issue as I bought these lights to aid in growing plants for my health.

I am experiencing an ongoing problem with not receiving the OTP on my registered mobile number with amazon.in. Instead of sending it to 70[redacted]2, they always send it to my email. This makes it challenging for me as I have limited access to my email, preventing me from signing in. Despite my attempts to highlight this issue, the responses from amazon.in have been unhelpful. I am frustrated that there seems to be no way to contact amazon.in for issues not related to orders, like the one I am facing. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I may have to stop using amazon.in altogether. I urge the support team to thoroughly understand the problem before reaching out to me. I need assistance with transferring my Amazon Prime Movie account to a new smart TV since my old TV stopped working. After receiving a code on the screen and contacting what I thought was an Amazon agent, I was asked about my Synchrony Amazon store card and told to make digital purchases. Feeling uneasy, I disconnected. Later, I discovered unauthorized charges totaling $[redacted] on my account. Despite reporting this to Amazon, only one $[redacted] purchase was visible. Upon contacting Synchrony Bank, they confirmed the $[redacted] charge and took a fraud report. Seeking help, I contacted Amazon and eventually reached their Fraud Department, where they identified most charges as fraudulent and guided me through securing my account. I also closed my Synchrony Bank and Apple credit cards linked to the account. This incident has left me surprised and worried about the security of a major company like Amazon.

When I initially ordered the kayak on 7/11/22, Amazon had promised delivery for his 7/16/22 birthday. However, after receiving a message to adjust the shipping speed, the only available date was 7/22/22, so I selected it. We postponed his celebration until 7/23/22. Despite receiving emails from Amazon about a delivery issue, attempts to contact NSD Shipping were unsuccessful. The website displayed the kayak as arriving by 7/22/22 until 7/23/22, even stating it was in Barre MA since 7/19/22. After finally chatting with NSD today, they confirmed the kayak was in Windsor Locks CT. While a customer service representative seemed willing to assist, the facility was closed on Sunday. I'm requesting Amazon to speak with NSD directly for a new delivery date and to inquire about potential discounts for picking up the kayak in Windsor Locks. I aim to resolve this promptly to decide on waiting, self-pickup, or canceling the order.

I suspect that one or more of the Amazon Alexa devices I bought have been compromised. Shortly after setting them up, we noticed suspicious activity on our internet connection. We even heard strange noises on our phones and had to reset all our passwords. My daughter mentioned hearing unfamiliar voices coming from the Alexa speakers. We had to disconnect all 15 devices, yet the breach extended to our other devices like computers, iPhones, and iPads. The hacker seemed to gain access through a remote desktop tool. Our Amazon hub is in Illinois, and our ISP connects directly to an Amazon warehouse. They have breached our smartphones and internet accounts, changing passwords and contacting retailers on our behalf. I am looking for guidance on how to report this issue to Amazon or how to examine our Alexa devices. Your assistance is appreciated. Thank you.
