Hello, my name is Carlos Rosado. My email is [redacted] I placed an order on July 29th for 3 televisions. Only 2 were delivered to my courier address in Miami at [redacted] NW 68th St. The other one wasn't delivered as the driver couldn't find the address, which was odd as he delivered 2. They are supposed to refund me for the undelivered item, which hasn't been done as of today, September 29th. I placed another order, but my account got closed, and after providing all requested proofs, it remains permanently blocked, as stated in an email. I have been calling since July 29th to resolve this issue. The customer service representatives keep saying they will fill out a form and that the accounts department will contact me, but that hasn't happened either. I've filled out over 50 forms and have no response regarding my money or account. It feels like my money is being taken from me, and I need your assistance with this matter, please.

I recently purchased what I believed to be the large Pampered Chef batter bowl to replace the one my wife had left at her sister's place. However, upon receiving the order, it was not the same one. Interestingly, the same day the replacement arrived, my sister-in-law found the original bowl. When I placed the order, I applied a $7+ reward to bring the total down to $46+, but upon checking the receipt, the reward was not deducted, and I was charged $53.92. Upon researching the return process, I discovered there would be a $6.95 charge. While the item has the Pampered Chef branding, we suspect it might be a knock-off. I consulted a Pampered Chef representative who mentioned their products only sell for $23 and recommended buying directly from them next time. I intend to return the item through UPS, and I am concerned about the $6.95 charge and getting my rewards balance credited back to my Amazon card. In the future, I will be cautious about third-party sellers on Amazon unless I receive a full refund.

I need to cancel some items that are not listed in my subscriptions. When trying to manage subscriptions, the feature does not work for me. The items in question are Leg Cramps Tablets by Hyland's Naturals, Goli Apple Cider Vinegar Gummy Vitamins, Osteo Bi-Flex Glucosamine, Vitafusion Melatonin Gummies, and Valerian Root Extract Drops. The delivery is expected by October 11th, and the last day to manage is October 3rd. The total quantities and prices for each item are provided in the email from Amazon Subscribe & Save. The message mentions that I can cancel by accessing the "Manage My Subscriptions" page.

Dear Sir or Madam, I recently returned items to Amazon in a package that included a "NIUBB Digital Camera 48M 2.7K FHD 16x Zoom" priced at 76.99€, Lavender Spray "Pillow Spray 50ml from Lavodia – 50ml Lavender Spray for Pillows for Falling Asleep – Lavender Spray with real, pure Lavender Oil for a Good Night" marked at 12.95€, and an SD Memory Card "SanDisk Extreme PRO SDXC UHS-I Memory Card 64GB (Black, V30, Transfer Speed [redacted] MB/s, U3, 4K-UHD Videos, temperature-resistant)" priced at 26.99€. While the camera was properly refunded, the Lavender Spray and the SD Memory Card were not. I wanted to try the "try before you buy" feature, but didn't realize that debit cards weren't accepted. I attempted to use my fiance's new credit card, which resulted in my account being locked. Since we just received the card, I don't have a statement for proof. I'm eager to regain access to my account. If a picture of the card with his name isn't acceptable, I'll wait for the statement to arrive. Despite being assured by three representatives that my account would be unlocked promptly, it remains inaccessible. I hope for a resolution soon so I can bypass the "try before you buy" process and regain account access. If I don't receive assistance within 24 hours, I may escalate this matter further.

I am reaching out for assistance with my Amazon account. I purchased Apple Gift Cards in Japanese Yen for in-game purchases on Japanese games. Recently, my Amazon account was placed on hold and they requested my billing statement for verification. However, my banking/billing statements from Kazakhstan do not include an address, only my name, payment type, card number, and transactions. Amazon has not accepted this statement and my account remains on hold. They provided instructions to resolve the issue by uploading a document with clear visibility of my name, address, payment type, and transaction details, while only displaying the final 4 digits of the payment method number. I need advice on how to proceed in this situation.

I require assistance with permanently closing my accounts. Two weeks ago, my original account was hacked and 'temporarily suspended'. Despite being assured that I could reset my password within 2 hours, it was unsuccessful. After numerous calls to customer service, I was promised that Amazon would contact me within 48 hours, which never happened. I encountered difficulties understanding overseas agents due to their heavy accents until I finally spoke to an American agent who reinstated my account. However, my account was suspended again shortly after, leading to more incomprehensible interactions with agents. I have since created a new account that has also been suspended. Fraudulent purchases have been reported to Amazon Prime's credit card department at Synchrony Bank, who are investigating and issuing a new card. I am unable to close the accounts containing my personal information as I cannot access them. Despite being asked to go online for assistance, it hasn't proven helpful. I am frustrated with the lack of communication from Amazon and the challenges faced with overseas customer service representatives. How can I close my accounts with the help of a local Amazon representative?

Today, I spoke with two representatives as I encountered an issue trying to sign in to my Amazon account. The problem arose when my phone number changed, preventing me from receiving the verification code needed for login. Despite updating my new number with the customer service agent, I was informed later that there is no technical support available for this matter. However, I believe there must be a way to verify my identity through security protocols to assist me. In my attempts to resolve this, I provided my alternate phone number [redacted] and answered security questions. I also shared details about the two credit cards I use. Although I followed up via email with the representative named Susan, unfortunately, she was unable to provide a solution. I would appreciate any further assistance anyone can offer.

I have two Amazon accounts, one on Amazon.de and the other on Amazon.uk. Both accounts have always had the same personal information, bank account, and password. Lately, I've been having trouble accessing my Amazon.de account while trying to purchase some books for my German class. I keep encountering errors and receiving messages about issues with my orders. Despite trying to reorder and change my password, the situation doesn't seem to improve. I recently received a call from [redacted] from Calif. When attempting to return the call three times, it did not ring and disconnected within 40 seconds. Shortly after, I got a call from "CALLER UNKNOWN." Upon answering, a recording claiming to be from AMAZON mentioned a $1,[redacted] order on my credit card. The recording instructed me to press #1 if I did not authorize the charge. I pressed #1 and spoke to a man. When I questioned the caller ID showing "CALLER UNKNOWN," he mentioned it was permitted. I declined providing any details since they initiated the call and should know my information. The man abruptly hung up after failing to answer my questions. I believe this situation warrants an investigation. I will also alert the FCC about this incident. Can you please verify if there have been any unauthorized charges on my Amazon account? I mainly use it for Prime benefits at Whole Foods. Thank you.

My account was hacked, and unauthorized items were ordered, but I managed to cancel them. I then informed my bank, and they froze the funds. Amazon requested additional proof of identity, including a copy of my Amazon Prime credit card billing statement. Despite providing this, I am unable to access my account due to insufficient information. Despite numerous calls to customer service and promises of emails within 24 hours, I have not received the requested email. Even a test email sent during a call was not received. Attempts to resolve this by escalating the issue and releasing the hold on the funds have not been successful. Suggestions to open a new account were futile as the new account was promptly closed. This has been going on for four months, and I am seeking assistance in removing the hold from my account.

I received a $50 physical Amazon gift card a week ago for my mom's birthday on Sunday the 2nd. I stored it in a secure location, but when I checked on it today, it was gone. Both of my parents said they didn't take it, so I'm unsure how it disappeared. The gift card is still active, and the code on the back is intact since it was meant for tomorrow. My name is Ken Roberts, and I reside at Casaras del Sol, Block 21, 69B. I recently ordered a pair of Wrangler jeans with a promised delivery date of October 9th. However, I received a message stating the delivery couldn't be made and that the package would be returned to Amazon. This marks the second time this issue has occurred, as I have been at home waiting for the delivery. The courier has my telephone number, so I am unsure why the item was not delivered. I bought an outdoor acacia wood storage box that has started warping. I contacted the seller and they agreed to send a replacement part, but they won't offer a refund because it's past 30 days. I find it unfair as I couldn't have predicted the warping within 30 days. The overall unit is now misshapen due to the wood twisting. This shouldn't have occurred with acacia wood. In late September [redacted], I was notified by Chase that my Amazon Visa ending in 41 had been compromised, resulting in the closure of the card. To address this, I promptly updated all auto-pay settings to my Chase debit card ending in 13. Upon receiving a replacement Amazon card ending in 33, I linked it to my Amazon account. On October 5th or 6th, I made a purchase for parfait cups around 10:37 pm. Subsequently, I got a notification regarding a login, which I disregarded. Unfortunately, my account for placing orders was then locked. I attempted to resolve this issue by contacting customer service, but it remains unresolved. Appreciate any assistance.

Yesterday, I unexpectedly received three cooking books from Amazon that I did not order. Despite this, my account was charged for the books. The titles of the books are as follows: 1. "Canning and Preserving: Cooking Books for Beginners" by Camila Davis, 2. "Mediterranean Meal Prep Cookbook" by Keri Fox, 3. "The Complete Cookbook for Two" by Camila Davis. These unauthorized charges were made to my Visa debit card on October 7th. The charges included $41.89, $1.42, $1.42, $1.37, $1.33, and $1.04 under various Amazon descriptions. I have experienced this issue before and reached out to customer service by phone, but the matter remains unresolved. I am requesting a thorough investigation by management and a full refund of all the charged amounts to my Visa debit card.

I made a purchase on Amazon.it on September 13th for a Lenovo PC worth [redacted]€, but I received a frying pan instead. I contacted customer service, initially polite, asking for photos. They verified that the seals, stamps, and package were untouched (later confirmed by the Carabinieri report) and admitted the mistake was from the warehouse. They advised not to reorder to avoid getting another pan. Despite time passing, I have not received a refund. When I inquired, customer service bluntly stated, "if you don't see your money again, tough luck," and directed me to contact the returns office. However, they threatened to charge me the full amount again because I returned a pan instead of a PC (which is legally impossible). I discovered a Facebook group with nearly [redacted] members who were also scammed by Amazon. Online dispute resolution explains they receive thousands of similar complaints. Despite providing photographic evidence, testimonies, a report, and numerous calls, Amazon refuses to respond or provide the genuine Lenovo PC code they sold me.

On October 11, [redacted], I visited Amazon's website and added items to my cart.
