Although I was notified that the order (BBB[redacted]) was delivered, I did not receive it at any of the usual locations in my apartment complex. After contacting customer service, a replacement order (BBR[redacted]) was sent but faced the same issue. Despite requesting alternative delivery options like pickup at a local store or requiring a signature upon delivery, I was told it wasn't possible. Dissatisfied with the experience, I decided to process a refund. As a loyal customer, I am disappointed with the lack of solutions and may have to consider shopping elsewhere in the future.

During the past week, I visited one of your stores and made a purchase of over $[redacted] worth of home goods from the clearance aisle. Among the items were two organizers. Unfortunately, upon getting home, I discovered that they would not fit in my cabinets. When I tried returning them, I was informed that they were labeled as "as is" items, which I had not noticed at the time of purchase. The stickers I mistook for clearance labels actually listed the defects of the products. Despite inquiring about returns during my purchase and being told it was possible, I was now told otherwise due to the items being labeled "as is." It is concerning that broken and unusable items are being sold under the guise of clearance items without clear notification until after purchase. I am greatly disappointed with this experience.

I received a $25.00 gift card purchased at the Shoprite store in Riverhead, NY [redacted] that I attempted to use at Christmas Tree Shop, only to be told it was no longer accepted as of Oct 31, [redacted] - Nov 1, [redacted]. This caused me embarrassment and hardship as I, a senior citizen, had my items rung up but could not pay due to the invalid gift card. I kindly request a refund for the full amount. It would be appreciated if precautions are taken to avoid selling gift cards no longer accepted by certain stores to prevent others from experiencing similar situations. I have all the necessary details such as the numbers, PIN, and receipt to process this refund. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. I would like to bring to BB&B's attention an issue with my recent order to prevent similar problems in the future. I purchased a large bottle of shampoo, a bottle of conditioner, a serving spoon, and two tablespoons. Unfortunately, the items arrived in a large box without any protective packaging. This caused the bottles' pumps to open during transit, resulting in leakage that left everything messy inside the box. The shampoo and conditioner bottles are now half empty. I have received hair products from other companies that secure the pump to prevent leaks and use sufficient packing material for stability. Perhaps BB&B could consider adopting similar practices to avoid such incidents. I spent over $[redacted] on this order, and it was disappointing to receive damaged items. I hope this feedback can assist BB&B in enhancing their service quality.

No issues here : ) I placed an order on December 1 with order number BBB[redacted]. Recently, I received a BBB coupon for $15 off a minimum $50 purchase in my mail. Hoping this current order qualifies for the discount. According to BBB's Help Center on their website, the coupon can be applied post-purchase by contacting BBB through chat within 14 days of the original purchase date. I am missing an item from my order. Despite my attempts to contact customer service, I have not received a response. I purchased a Nespresso Vertuo Espresso machine with Aerator online for store pick-up. While at the store, I noticed a sign offering a free $40 gift card for in-store purchases of Nespresso bundles. My machine was eligible, so I inquired about returning the online purchase to buy in-store for the gift card. Unfortunately, the customer service and salespeople were unhelpful and unaware of the process. Eventually, a cashier assisted me. After re-purchasing the machine and some coffee, I was promised the gift card via email, but it has not arrived yet. I attempted to contact Bed, Bath & Beyond customer service via online chat on 12/3, waiting for over 3 hours with no human response. The automated system promised assistance, but no one ever joined the chat. This has been a disappointing retail experience due to untrained and indifferent employees.

I often shop online and notice a pop-up encouraging me to activate Rakuten for cashback. Despite purchasing from Bed Bath & Beyond, listed on Rakuten, I haven't received any cashback on my five coffee maker purchases and other items since August. When I inquire with customer service, there seems to be confusion and no resolution. I am frustrated by this situation and wondering who is responsible for the oversight.

I purchased two lighted Christmas trees (Order: BBB[redacted]) that appear to be lost during transit. They were supposed to arrive by December 2, but I haven't received them yet. Fed Ex cannot locate the package. These trees were meant to be a central decoration for Christmas, but I had to rethink my decorating plans. I am requesting a refund for this order. Thank you. P.S. I purchased a $[redacted] coffee table that was supposed to be delivered on December 10th by FedEx. However, I received an email saying it would arrive on the 9th. It's now the 11th, and FedEx has given me conflicting information about the delivery dates. I've spent at least 5 hours on the phone with FedEx, including being on hold for 45 minutes before contact with BBB, only to get disconnected when someone answered. I want to know the process for canceling this item so I can buy it from another vendor without dealing with BBB and FedEx anymore.

I recently received an email thanking me for an order I did not make. The order supposedly placed on 12/11/[redacted] with order number BBB[redacted] for $31.76 from Bed Bath and Beyond. My concern is that I did not make any purchases from there recently, and the website does not provide details on the order content. The tracking number provided is unhelpful, and phone customer service seems unreachable. Before contacting my credit card company, I need to know what was ordered and where it is being shipped. I recently received a coupon in the mail from Bed Bath & Beyond offering $20 off a purchase of $80 or more. However, when I attempted to use it, I was informed that my items were excluded from the offer. Disappointingly, there was no mention of exclusions on the coupon itself, leading to frustration. Although the cashier directed me to check the website for details, it raises the concern of how non-computer users would be aware of such restrictions. I purchased the All-Clad Essentials Nonstick 7 qt. Stainless Steel 4-Piece Hard-Anodized Skillet Set on JAN 20, [redacted], for $[redacted].69 (ORDER NUMBER BBB[redacted]). Although I usually read reviews, I trusted the All Clad brand this time. Unfortunately, the interior of the pan we used the most began bubbling after about six months and worsened over time. I've never encountered this issue before in my 77 years. When I contacted All Clad, the customer service experience was disappointing, as the representative was rude and claimed the flaking coating wasn't toxic. They refused a refund but offered a replacement. Feeling unsafe using the pans, I declined and am waiting for a response from the Corporate Office. Reading reviews now, I see others had the same problem, which is concerning. I usually trust products from BB&B and suggest they stop selling this problematic item or inform customers about the risks. Thank you, Suki Haseman.

Hello, I am inquiring about my order # BBB[redacted]. I got a shipping confirmation email on December 1st, but the Estimated Delivery status has been stagnant at "awaiting carrier pickup". A few days ago, I had a conversation with a representative about this order. They mentioned that the items had not been shipped as they were out of stock. Yet, I've been monitoring the website, and both items are currently showing as in stock. I'm wondering when my items will be shipped given this information. Thank you, George

I placed an order for a Christmas tree during the Cyber Monday sale on 11/29/21 with an estimated delivery window of 12/2-12/9. However, as of 12/6/21, the tracking information showed that the item hadn't been picked up by the courier. I contacted customer service on that date, and they assured me a replacement tree would be sent out with an expected delivery date of 12/12/21. Despite this, I received the WRONG TREE today on 12/14. Instead of the $[redacted] tree I purchased for $[redacted], I was sent a $[redacted] tree. I am extremely disappointed that I still don't have the correct tree in time for Christmas, frustrated by the mix-up, and spent hours trying to resolve this issue to no avail. I urgently need the incorrect tree picked up as I cannot make it to a physical store to return an item I never ordered. This entire situation is completely unacceptable.

I placed an online order for a 1-hour pickup at the Saginaw Michigan store. I received notifications that my order was ready, but upon arrival, the main item was missing. The store manager was unhelpful and indifferent to my concerns, making my experience extremely frustrating. Despite my repeated requests for a refund, the manager continued to question me, leading to an unnecessary confrontation. I am deeply disappointed with the disrespect and mishandling of the situation. Due to this ongoing issue with the manager's behavior, I will no longer support the store. I have been a frequent customer and spend a significant amount of money at your stores. As a social media influencer with a large following, I feel compelled to share my negative experience with Bed Bath and Beyond. I left empty-handed but was still charged over $[redacted]. On December 10th, I placed an order for 6 of the same item with order BBB[redacted]. However, the order seems to have been split into two shipments, one with 2 pieces and another with 4 pieces. The shipment with 4 pieces has arrived today as scheduled. Unfortunately, the shipment with 2 pieces is still awaiting the carrier pick up, indicating a delay. According to the help screens, if tracking information is not available within 48 hours, it is advised to reach out for assistance. As it has now been 4 days, I am seeking clarification on when the remaining 2 pieces will be shipped. Thank you for your help. - B. Reid

I checked my order with Bed Bath and Beyond and discovered they have canceled it without providing a reason. I was charged for the All Clad Large Roasting Pan. The order number is BBB[redacted]. This has put me in a difficult spot as I needed the pan for my Christmas Dinner. Now, I have to go out and find a replacement pan instead of having it shipped to me. Things could have been handled better, and I am frustrated not knowing the reason behind the cancellation.

My order (BBR[redacted]) was mistakenly delivered to a neighbor. I reached out to customer service to have a replacement sent, but then the neighbor returned the package. I received the replacement order today, now having two orders. I am unsure how to proceed. I can return one to a local Bed Bath and Beyond, but I do not need a refund as I now have both orders. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
