I am looking to buy a part for my Black & Decker dustbuster. I've attempted to contact you via phone and your website but have not been successful in finding the right place or chat room. I have two numbers that could be the model or serial number. One number is S010QU230004, and the other is CHV1410L. I am unsure which one is needed. The part I need is the plastic "cup" that collects the dirt when using the vacuum. I would greatly appreciate it if you could guide me on where to purchase this particular piece and confirm if the numbers I provided are correct. Should you require additional information, please contact me via email or phone at [redacted]. I hope for your assistance on this matter. Thank you. - Cheryl A.

I recently acquired two trickle chargers, one brand new and the other used only a couple of times. Both are stamped with a [redacted] date. I'm unsure if they contain internal batteries. When I plugged them in, no lights or indications of charging were visible. To address my need to trickle charge my motorcycles, I purchased two inexpensive chargers for $10 each from Harbor Freight, which did the job successfully. I have various Black and Decker tools and chainsaws and was disappointed with the performance of these trickle chargers. I'm surprised that they seem to have failed so suddenly. - Andy

About two years ago, I bought an electric weed whacker. This will be the fourth cap that holds the string in place that I will need to buy for $10 plus the cost of gas and the time to go find one. I find it frustrating. Do you think you could improve the quality of the cap, as it's just a flimsy piece of plastic that doesn't last a week of use? I am now searching for a new weed whacker that won't keep breaking on me every time I use it. It feels like a waste of money, and I am truly disappointed.

I purchased a portable ice maker that was supposed to be delivered today by UPS. However, despite being home and having a security camera, I did not receive the package. Interestingly, I was given the same tracking number as another customer named Linda C. who lives nearby and ordered a Black & Decker weed eater. After visiting Linda's house to check if my package was mistakenly delivered there, I contacted UPS to confirm that my item was sent to the wrong address. Linda got her weed eater, but I still haven't received my portable ice maker.

I don't have any issues with the product itself. My family has been loyal Black and Decker users for years. However, my father's older corded tools are no longer practical for him due to his declining health and mobility issues. With his upcoming birthday in August, I would appreciate any assistance in providing him with some cordless power tools like a drill or a table saw to help him with our ongoing home projects. His safety is a concern as he struggles with movement, especially when dealing with cords. Any coupons or tools you could provide would make a meaningful birthday gift for him. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely, Shawna from Georgia

I own a Black and Decker VEC157BD spotlight. When I plug it into 120V with an extension cord, all three LED lights stay solid - two red and one green. I haven't used it in years, and the battery is likely fully drained, requiring 12 hours to charge. My query is whether all three lights should be on during charging. If not, what does it indicate when all three are illuminated? Thanks, R C

I purchased the Toaster TR12788, the most affordable option, from the least expensive store I could find. However, I am extremely disappointed with the power cord coming out of the front of the toaster. None of the pictures on the box show the cord coming out of the front corner. In my experience, toasters always have the cord coming out of the back, nearest to the wall where it's plugged in. Your toaster's cord placement next to the controls in the front creates various issues, such as clutter on the counter, risk of setting the toaster on the cord, interference with using the controls, and the reduced distance it can be placed from the electrical outlet. This design flaw shows that the Designer, Engineer, and Marketing teams approving this feature may not have practical experience with using toasters. Overall, this cord location is a total fail.
